  : The host was really kind, the establishment is nicely located, close to Livadakia beach and to the port of Livadi, the room was nice, well-equipped (air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, shower with good water pressure) painted in white, Cycladic style, you can see the sea from the balcony and it was cleaned everyday (although there were some stains on the bath mat).
  : It was very noisy: my room was street level and there were a lot of vehicles passing by, many other tourists in the surroundings, and the building was not well isolated: I could hear the other hosts quite clearly. The rooms also have a nice little balcony, but mine was the closest to the entrance so people and passing my balcony all the time. I didnt rest well, being awaken every morning by all kind of noises. Also the TV didnt work.

  : A room with the minimal philosophy which perfectly matches with a Cycladic island! A calm neighbourhood just few minutes walk from the port of Serifos!

  : The location is excellent, close to the port and the Livadakia beach, there is a nice view from the balcony. The owner was friendly and accomodating.
  : The room we stayed on the upper floor only had a small side-window and was quite claustrophobic - for some reason the front part of the room that was facing the sea had no windows at all. Yet that one small window had no shutter or dark curtain and the sun in the morning would wake us up very early. Parking in the area is not very easy (even though it was off-season). We asked the owner for a blanket since it was a bit chilly in the nights, but the one she brought us had an very strong smell so we could not use it.
