  : Everything from this place is wonderful. In particular, the kindness of the hosts, Christina and her whole family!
  : The mattress of the bed can be improved. And maybe a curtain in the shower will also be better.

  : The location is fantastic, close to the beach and the local tavernas and the supermarket. There are fantastic views over the Libyan Sea, the building is attractive and surrounded by pretty gardens and olive groves. There is parking available. This is the real Crete which is fast disappearing elsewhere. The owners were friendly and obliging and very kindly provided complimentary drinks and fruit when we finally managed to gain access to our apartment.
  : The hill steep roadway leading up to the property could be testing during the heat of the day and when returning in the evening after a large meal. The apartment was somewhat dated, particularly the shower room. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding on the owners part, despite being kept updated of our later than planned arrival time due to a delayed flight and receiving their acknowledgment they failed to meet us at the property as arranged and didn't leave the key out for us in the reception area nor in the front door of the apartment. This resulted in us having no alternative other than to spend the first four hours of our stay attempting to sleep in our hire car within the car park of the property.

  : Dishonest owner, she is a shame for Cretans!
  : The worst experience in Greece (out of my experience of over 25 accommodations) and on booking.com! Long story short, the owner - Cristina, a completely characterless person, has overbooked the period and sent us to stay at the neighboring studios in much worse conditions, under the pretext that the electricity did not work exactly in our room (!!!)The story in detail, for those who have the patience, is this: at the time when I rented, there was available only the most expensive apartment, with advance payment. I took it for 4 nights, and I paid, obviously. After 2 weeks, she called me to say that she has a problem (!!!), and to ask me if she could change the dates. I wrote her a text message with the period in which I could change, but she didn't bother to answer me anything. I called her, she pretended that she didn't know what it was talking about, but she confirmed that the initial period remained. Later, I asked her to confirm on the rental platform, which she did.On the day of check in, she wrote to me to arrive at 5 pm (instead of 3 pm, which is her check-in time!) so that she would have time to clean the room (!?). After making us waste time on the way, when we arrived she told us that she had a problem with the electricity - it did not work exactly in the studio rented by us (!!!) and that we should stay at her neighbor's place until it is solved.At her neighbor, the conditions were of 1-2 stars maximum, but she did not offer to pay me any difference in money.The next day she told me that it still hadn't been fixed (obviously!), so I asked her for my money back and, with difficulty, she gave me 3/4 of what I had paid, after asking me to cancel the reservation - which I didn't do. I didn't even have the option on the platform.Fortunately, I found, with difficulty (becaise the island was very busy, for the last 3 days in Crete, some exceptional studios, and, in addition, cheaper than hers!

  : The rooms are owned by a very nice couple. They are humorous, hospitable and always eager to help us. The view from our balcony is unbeatable. In general, we are very satisfied.
  : The wardrobe and the nightstands were not very clean and their surfaces a bit sticky. The doors (front and balcony) need some maintenance. Also, a chair would be nice.
