  : Clean apartment with a small kitchenette, comfortable bed with new mattress, easy access to the city of Rhodes and the airport, the big supermarket next door could be useful
  : Absence of a real oven (only a small one), absence of a hair dryer, could have more kitchen utensils.

  : There is a small bar underneath the property which was very clean and well run - but has nothing to do with the rent apartment.
  : We had to move out the next day due to the dirt and uncleanliness of the property. There were dirty sheets on the bed, old towel under the bed, filthy mop bucket on the terrace with rusty chairs. The airconditioning unit filters were thick with dust as were the cupboards and shelves. the fridge still had old milk spilt on the shelves. The coffee cups were full of stains, frying pan was un-usable due to the age with no anti stick left. The photos and reviews must all be very old as neither made sense to the property which we arrived to. we requested a refund but all we got were excusses.

Booked room was unavailableOur experience with that apartment was terrible, we had to leave the same day and book another hotel mainly because of the hygienic circumstances and the tough experience with the host. We requested a refund, even offered to pay for the cleaning fee and for one night, which the host refused. the Host was extremely unfriendly, communication was barely possible and we felt left alone with issues that came up.The walls looked destroyed and then painted over in multiple parts in every room. The matress and couch had multiple stains that were covered by the sheets. Fully closing the bathroom door was barely possible because the door was not mounted properly and had nails poking out of the frame. The shower had mold in the corner, shower gel and toilet paper looked like it had been used by former guests. The balcony had several stains and things like used painting utensils and a dirty mop were laying around. Also the drain on said balcony looked extremely unhygenic.The Walls seemed very thin as you heard every conversation or music played by guests from rooms next to us. We were also promised a mountain view from the balcony, which then in reality only had you look at the neighbours balconys left and right to ours.Also the area in which the apartment is located looked very unsafe and shabby.In general ,we can absolutely not recommend booking an apartment there!!
