  : Centrally located in the middle of old Town as long as you don't have to haul your luggages around
  : Terrible communication with the hotel. This property is located in the middle of old town, which does not permit cars. Property informed me that the easiest way to get there is to take a bus or taxi to the entrance and walk 10 minutes to the property. Not once was I informed that the property requires a 30 minute walk on cobblestone path. It was 850meters but try doing that while carrying 4 luggages. You absolutely cannot pull your luggages on those stones. We have to lift your luggages. My husband and I are both young and fit gym rats and that walk was plain torture especially after a 13 hr flight. While the room was clean, I couldn't understand how the hot water from the sink came out boiling hot. Yes , boiling.. I burnt my hand washing my hand. Last but not least , the property failed to inform me that the city provides a free electric taxi service which is essentially a golf cart in and out of the town if requested by the hotel. I had to find out through my car rental company. When I emailed the property, they did not even respond. Thank you guys !This was my day 1 of arriving in greece for my yearly greek summer trip and I couldn't even put on a smile because of this place.
