  : The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was the best part of my stay. All Rethymno town at my feet. Very happy about the fact that there was parking provided by the property.
  : The beds were old and the mattress as well which was the reason for my back pain . Also just because they saw me alone (while I booked for 2 adults) one of the days someone decided to not bring linens and towels for 2 . I had to call them to bring me which was a little inconvenient.appliances were old and there was a lot of noise coming from the stairs .

  : Great views of the Aegean Sea, balcony has parasol and drying facilities. Washing machine was handy. And a life saver - air conditioner.
  : Its not something we did not like exactly, but the place in my view is not suitable for young children. I would not go with children under 10y.o, because of the stairs. Teenagers- great.

  : It has a very good position. From the small balcony, you can see the sea and the sunset as well. The bathroom was ok, and there wasn't room, but it was a studio flat with a kitchen. The building is 10 mins far by car from the city centre. But also 2 mins by car to the supermarket and the seaside. They came to clean the flat and tidy up a bit (included in the price).
  : We were in 3, and they literally gave us three glasses and three plates. One pot and one pan. We have a celiac friend, and to cook pasta, we had to wait before her and then clean the pot and cook again (so no cooking simultaneously ). Also, the cooker had just two burners so it was a studio flat for one max 2. There wasn't any additional equipment for cooking (like a bit of salt or oil), or just little things that can be useful when you start your holiday. Also, there wasn't internet or at least no information showing wifi available. The other thing was that when we entered, it took a few minutes to understand how the light would switch on, and there wasn't any card available to insert, so we used our supermarket card or driving license (which is insane).

  : Near to the beach. Have it own pool. If you book tour on the GetYourGuide for the Preveli beach, they will pick you up in front of the Petradi Beach Hotel which is great. There is no crowd on the beach in this part. You can take every bus from the bus station to the main Rethymon beach. I recommend Dyo Suites beach bar. You can rent there Umbrella and sun beds for 14 euros. Service is great. Be there about 10am because the most of sets are booked for the hotel guests. You can also ask to use swimming pool and sets for free in the Petradi Beach hotel after 6PM. You need only to pay for drinks. It is also possible to use sets all day for free and swimming pool in the Filoxenia Beach hotel. You need to pay drinks only. My advice is to book taxi from the Heraklion airport because you need to change three buses - from airport to KTEL station - from KTEL station to Rhetymno - local bus for 3 more station to Eliza appartments. We have paid 45 euros each for transfer to the Eliza Appartments (for two persons on the booking.com site).On the bus station kiosk you can buy paper tickets for the local bus - 1 euro ticket.
  : Noisy street until 2AM in the night. Sometimes neighbors from another apartments.Bath needs to be renovated. It is small and not flat inside. They have washing Maschine but you need to bring your own capsules. Also they should provide more clothespins for laundry. Kitchen should be renovated.Overall they Kindness and hospitality are great to stay here.

  : Good location, friendly hosts, beautiful sea view. The apartment was very clean and airy. We had a parking spot, which was a big plus.
  : Sometimes it was noisy due to nearby traffic.

  : The location was quite good for our purposes, given the parkplace, and the coffee/Bakery available on the street down below. There is also a quite nice restaurant nearby.
