: - position near Potos Beach - the big balcony - position near the restaurants and shops - the room was cleaned daily - very comfortable bed - private parking
: - we did not receive any instructions on how to get to the property, we had to call them on site - despite the fact that we announced the host that we were on the way, we had to wait for someone to come and give us the key to our room - the mosquito net was not in place, we had to fix that - the safe had no intructions and when we asked for them, no answer was given - the sun shield was not working. We called them, they said that someone would come and check in 10minutes. No one came and we found an umbrella installed in the balcony after two days - despite the fact the room is soundproofed, we could hear the talk from our neighbours crystal clear

: The room was clean enough and quiet. The property is on a small, but nice beach. Very close to shops and restaurants.
: Never thought I'd have to write this, but the bathroom door is completely transparent. It's alright when there are only two people staying in the room, but this is a Family Studio for four persons and the couch is right in front of the bathroom. I wonder how that works. The WiFi works only on the balcony. The manager was very rude and threatened with legal action (I'm laughing as I'm writing this) through messages written in caps when I kindly reminded them that I will write a sincere review on Booking - this happened when we tried to book the room for two more days over our initial stay, but after letting them know this, they immediately changed on Booking the profile of our room from two to four people, so the price was suddenly double. Sure, they can charge whatever they want, it's legal, but unethical, so I reacted accordingly. However, it's a long way from an unfortunate dialogue to bringing lawyers into discussion.
