  : Room equipment was of poor quality (e.g., shower leaking, hair dryer not working properly, hotel did offer an iron on demand but no ironing board). Room was not built to high standards (e.g., wires coming out of wall, holes in tiles).

  : Lovely pools and surroundings that are very well kept. Great setting right on the beach. A bit remote but buses run regularly to Platanais and Chania from right outside.
  : Photos on website of apartments look a lot better. Our 2 bed apartment was quite compact. We had 2 small balconies but both off the bedrooms. There was no natural light in to the kitchen/living room unless the doors to the bathroom or bedrooms were left open.

  : Loved the place! Breakfast is very good! For the evening restaurant you can use their mobile app to reserve it, its very simple but you have to do it a few days in advance. In terms of entertainment there is always something to do, especially with / for kids of all ages (0-18) you can check their activities on Tui blue app. My baby was in the baby club and he had an excellent time, lots of activities like painting, drawing, reading, sinning and played with different kind of toys. The hosts at baby club are amazing, my baby was in great hands, experimenting new things and having some great moments. We even got some souvenirs they made together at the club. The appartement was not too big but very cosy with everything need it for a small family. Okay to cook small lunch or have coffees and fruits. The location is great, near many restaurants (kids friendly, with playgrounds), near the sea with sand and pebbles and not too far from amazing beaches
  : Its more as a recommandation: Appartement cleaning organizations, it took a few days for the stuff to adapt as our baby is sleeping during the day when they are coming. People are leaving many pool/beach toys, so a proper place should be dedicated for that other kinds can use them ( as they forgot theirs, new toys etc)
