  : Basic. Clean enough. The owner is friendly. Fridge, aircon, and towels are provided but no kettle. Perissa is a smaller, less crowded township and generally cheaper than Fira and Oia. This is an older property suitable for those on a tight budget who want a hotel room and neither a dorm bed nor a hostel atmosphere. I was here before the high season and wanted a hostel bed but didn't look hard enough. The property is near a bus stop a few stops before the Perissa terminus.
  : Santorini is quite expensive. Prior to high season, there were hostels at a similar price point in other towns if I had taken more time to look (the hostel that is almost next door was not yet operating). I spent more on bus fares visiting Fira & Oia than if I had stayed in Fira.
