  : Very nice hotel. Stayed for a business trip. The staff was very professional and discrete. Rooms well equiped and quiet. Pool is closed during winter so i didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

  : The view was so nice from our room. The big plus is that the hotel is far away from Athens centre so you cant hear car sounds or people speaking it was so peaceful and calm especially if you live in Athens centre like us. It was my boyfriends birthday and the hotel left in our room a complimentary champagne and fruits which was really nice. Also the stuff members are so nice and polite.
  : The only thing which I think hotel needs to improve is some small room details (for example the shower floor gaps were a bit dirty because of being old) . Its 5 star hotel so I think the smallest details matter. Its not like it bothered me but just a recommendation.

  : [EDIT] The hotels claims if we did come to them, they'd sort it out. Not true - we were reporting the issues on a daily basis!Avoid this hotel at all costs! Its definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe maximum 3 stars if it gets clean.I feel I was scammed multiple times there. First - it wasnt mentioned on booking that the swimming pools are closed, we paid and only in the confirmation email we saw this info. We contacted the hotel immediately, but they were not willing to cancel our booking.We were trying to mitigate it for a few days - since we paid for something that was not available (we wouldnt choose this hotel if we knew that pools are closed) - without any result. Eventually we were told that theyd make an exception especially for us that we could enter the pool - well, after we saw how dirty the SPA was, we did not want to risk it.The list of things that went wrong:We took an executive room on the executive floor. We were supposed to get espresso machine, complimentary coffee break kit.. What we got: a kettle, 2 tiny sachets of instant NEscafe, the smallest/cheapest Nespresso coffee maker and 2(!!!) capsules that were not free - they were charging 2 euros per each!The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it wasnt possible to sleep on itThe bedding: duvets, pillows, sheets, covers etc - the cheapest quality possible, it did not feel like in a hotel - more like a summer campRooms need general renovation - you can see theyre rusty and were not refreshed in yearsIn the shower - there is some weird cut off cubicle that I believe is supposed to be a shelf for cosmetics. Sure, it will do if you use only the products in the tiny bottles, but for real - the normal size cosmetics will not fit and youll have to keep them on the floorThe cubicle was extremely dirty and had black mold. We were grossed out to take a shower (again, 5 star hotel, not student dorms from 90s!)The mentioned cubicle has its wall in the toilet - and it was leaking as crazy.
