  : Location, clean towels, and comfy bed.
  : The room was very small. The air conditioner was not cooling the room. It seems to be very old, and water drops and pieces from ice were dropping on the room's floor. Most probably, the coolant was leaked out. The problem has been reported to the managenent, but until the day we left the property, the problem still existed. In the bathroom, there was not a single hanger in order to hang your towels. There was not a floor divider between the toilet and the shower, neither a simple curtain. Thus, water was spreading everywhere during the shower. In general, the hotel rooms are overpriced for the amenities they offer.

  : The location..the views..the beds ..the girl on reception
  : The bathrooms were awful. We had 3 rooms and the problems in two were identical. The shower has no proper drainage so the water actually flowed into the bedroom and then out under the door to the corridor..in both rooms. Had to use all our towels to dry up. The room on top with the jacuzzi bath was fine, but for the bathroom which was awful. This is not what was advertised..it looks like they took tiles down patched the side of Bath with a piece of wood..the fittings of bath were all rusted and there were things crawling in the dirty drain in tub. They offered to change to room opposite which we declined as it was in a worse state. Overall there was very inferior workmanship..pipes sticking out all over where plumbing was disconnected. The bathroom issues are the worst as extremely dangerous as I had a slip..my friends got locked into their room and were banging for 10 mins before cleaner let them out..old faulty lock and nobody in reception the whole time we were there. Having said all that, the young girl behind the bar was very helpful. They provide a kettle in the rooms, but no cups spoons glasses etc. We had to ask at bar fir same. This hotel has huge potential if they only did the renovations to an adequate standard.
