  : Lovely villa looked new. Nicely decorated. Great warm pool. Near to Elephant beach club which is great and not too far from everything else.
  : Plaster in shower when we arrived. Informed host but never acknowledged. A welcome pack would have been nice. Also hot water had been switched off so had cold showers for the first night and morning. Taxi driver couldnt find it as he said the pin from booking.com wasnt correct so best point of reference is Elephant beach club.

  : Big house, nice and new facilities.
  : Noisy neighbors, shared swimming pool, only one cleaning for 10 days of stay. There is no microwave. Very near to road, noise from cars.

  : The villa was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. There were multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. The kitchen was a good size and had the necessary utensils, pots, etc. The location is very close and walkable to the bars, restaurants, and shops along the beach, but removed enough to feel peaceful.
  : It would have been nice if the villa came equipped with a binder of information about how to use the villa's facilities (e.g., how to work the appliances), and about the local area (offering suggestions about good restaurants to try, nearby beaches to visit, etc.). In my past stays at beach rentals, they often have beach equipment like towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. for guests to use; it would be great if Friday Mood did the same. I was surprised that the rental did not include some of the basics that I usually find like paper towels in the kitchen and bars of soap for the showers.

  : House is beautiful, the location is great. There is nice yard to enjoy and the beaches are very close by. The area is quiet and we loved it!
  : There is espresso machine, but there is no espresso cups to drink it. There were no enough glasses in my opinion as the house is for 6 persons, so small things needs to be engaged so the house can get 10.00 :)

  : The location is fantastic, just 2 minutes from the beach. There is a lot of space for cars. The kitchen is well-equipment, the beds are soft and the rooms were cleaned. Early check-in around 1 pm instead after 3 pm.
  : - One of the A.C was not cooling in Vila Extreme - The pool was not very well cleaned because the water got 'yellow' color and the engine was not working to filter it. We called the Manager about these issues around 8pm on the first day of our arrival. They sent the landscaper to check A.C but obviously, he was not familiar with how to fix it. The man said that on the next day, a master would come and fix it. On the next day while the master was fixing the pool and the A.C a woman came so we should pay her the rest of our total amount as we were paid only 50%. We have asked here about any compensation/discount due to the fact the A.C was not able to be used for 1 night and also the pool engine was not working but she said that they do not offer/have such policies and also she PROMISED that both facilities will be fixed the same day. After we came from the beach the engine was fixed but the pool was still with a yellow color which means that the job was done only 50%. Unfortunately, the A.C was still not fixed because again it was not cooling. We called the Manager again to report that the A.C is not cooling down and that the situation is not acceptable because outside is 35+ degrees and we pay a lot of money for not having A.C. Maybe she does not understand the difference between not cooling and not working because she claimed that the A.C is working. However, on the next day, a master came again and discovered that the pipe for cooling was broken and there was no cooling liquid. Later on the 3rd day the A.C was fixed and there were no more issues with that. Unfortunately, the pool was not again cleaned it its bottom was again yellow. It was cleaned on the 4th day. - missing additional trash bags - missing capsules for dishwasher - small bathrooms on the first floors of each villa - smell of septic tank - a lot of mosquitos
