  : As has been stated previously, right on your own small beach, beautiful views, rustic charm, very accommodating owners that collect you and take you back to the ferry terminal. Lovely beach restaurants a few minutes walk away, the Krios Lounge was amazing.
  : The property is a few KM from town, we walked in and it takes ca 30 mins, we also hired quads, we knew this when we booked so not a problem. The restaurant next to the apartment looks idyllic, reviews are mixed but we found the staff, especially the owner, to be unfriendly and almost resentful! We wouldnt return there. The water taxi picks up from the restaurant jetty, we did this once, very quaint but expensive for the 3 of us at 6euros each, one way, to town - nice experience though.

  : My review is so shared genre is good and bad points. The location of the appartment was not really in the center of Parikia so if you want to go to the center you had to walk 30 minutes. BUT if you dont like to walk or you prefer to take the car, the owners of the appartements offers you the ride from the appartment to the center from 9.00 a.m to midnight (we tried to call him one time at 22.30 without any answer). Concerning the appartment itself, I am shared too. The fridge contained a bottle of orange juice, 2 bottle of water and there was even cookies and chips ! The view was absolutely incredible especially for the breakfast for sure but except that, the appartment doesnt worth 300 for two nights and 2 people. There was no bath mat so it was really uncomfortable to go out the shower and the appartment was not so good for the price. If you stay 2 nights like us its okay but more will be complicated I think

  : The location, near the sea.
  : Overpriced with at least 50%. No oil, no salt. The host decided o make a very noisy late party right above us, very disrespectfull. they have a small beach in front of the accommodation, the beach of sheep that cleaned up the vomit the day after the party, just like we were having breakfast. otherwise, a musty smell, crooked walls, there's no point in talking about the rooms. the beds were comfortable instead. they don't have mosquito nets, so it's no use sitting by the sea, you have to sit with the windows closed. I wrote to them on the evening of the party that it was too noisy, coincidence or not, shortly after they started banging on the pipes. I took two rooms, but at the end I found out that we have two connected rooms and only one bathroom for four people. I paid 260 euros/night in August, I wouldn't come again even with a 50% discount. from what I saw, the owners are not malicious, they just don't know how, they actually have a kind of hotel but at an unjustified price.
