  : Super beach, clean, well organised, quiet zone and sports zone, part for kids. Absolutely clean water, blue quality! The staff is extremely friendly and always there to help with everything and all questions. Comfortable rooms.
  : Several restaurants and bars, unfortunately not all open this time of the year, beach bar closes at sunset, whereas the night is still warm. The resort splits into the Eagles Palace and the Eagles Villas up the hill, difficult to understand the concept and to find out where to go, e.g. for the different swimming pools or tennis. All restaurants can in principle be used, however, if you book half board, you can only take it in the main hall. If you go to another restaurant of the resort, you get the same food, but have to pay 65 per person plus for the drinks. The wine selection is impressive, but with a price level of between 60 and 150 a bit too high for having a bottle accompanying all meals. International digestives at the bar are also high priced, local drinks are on the menu but not available, maybe not asked by the guests. Some guests booked a package via an agency or portal, they had the drinks for free. Non transparent how and where to book such. Boats can be rented, at the reception a tour to Athos costs 1,100 , at Ouranoupoli harbour 45 pp., a small boat at the sports centre of Eagles beach is 100 per half day, the ferry to Amouliani 4.50 pp. For sure privacy and individual tour costs more, but information should be provided to have a choice. All sun umbrellas at the beach have a call button for drinks and food to order, but only a few guests do, as the portions are small and the prices are rather high, a water 6 , a beer 8 , a burger 22 , a cheesecake 13.50 .

  : Eagles Palace is situated at the most unspoilt and green part of Halkidiki. It is a 50 year old hotel which is superbly maintained and very clean. It is in front of one of the best beaches in Europe with a well designed beach bar called Ammos. The staff are very polite, friendly and professional and try to make you feel at home. Special mention for the girls at the front desk ( Aggeliki and two Evas) and a true gentleman called Amadou who keeps the beach in superb condition. I had a very relaxing and memorable Greek Easter weekend.
  : My message to the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager 1. Quality than Quantity2. Less is more for everything in life3. No mentally sane person wakes up n the morning and craves peas, baked beans, pickles or rocket among other things for breakfast.. offer local seasonal fruits and products rather than buying from factories.4. Try the bougatsa from Serraikon or Kozani shops in thesaloniki and the traditional sweets from Xatzis to appreciate the true flavours of greek cuisine.5. Be proud to be Greek and keep it simple. Adding balsamic vinegar and rocket to a greek dish does not elevate it to culinary heights.. i.sat years ago in Armyra and i had an amazing meze . Why has the menu been bastardised?
