  : The communication with the hotel staff member was efficient and they always replied timely. They provided good information and always answered promptly. The Villa is spacious enough for a large group of 8 people and is equipped with the basics.
  : We didn't find the Villa very clean at our arrival. You could clearly see that the cleaning hasn't been done properly: hair on the beds, opened shower gel and shampoo left in the bathrooms, a bin in a bathroom was left there with the garbage probably from the previous stay...At our arrival we had a staff member to handle the key, however, who didn't speak good English and just showed us briefly how to open the doors. He didn't give us further explanations on how to use the other amenities of the Villa.

  : Wonderful villa in Mykonos, it is located up a hill with an amazing view of the island and the sea. The pool is great and the setting to eat outside as well. We had very nice hosts who were available and understanding on our requests, providing us with everything we needed. It would be great to have more cleaning tools in the villa available for the guests, still the host sent the cleaners for the flat so it was great. We had a great time, thank you!

  : No one told us the swimming pool would have an extra cost and also no one told us the villa had a tank which could finish. We had a bad morning where no water was coming and delayed our time to go out.

  : The property is spacious, comfortable for 8 adults, and has plenty of outdoors space. It is very peaceful and it offers some great views. It is a short drive from Ornos where you can find many local amenities.
  : The information provided on booking.com as well as the confirmation email received after booking is inconsistent with what the owners/property manager state. 1. Heated pool (main reason we booked as we were travelling with an infant) - On booking.com it states that it is available with a 48 hour prior notice. Upon contacting the property 6 days in advance to ask for the pool to be heated for our arrival we were told that 7 days notice was required and an additional charge of 1000-1500 euros was payable, information never mentioned on booking.com. Owners/manager blames booking.com2. On booking.com it states that bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. That never happened.3. On booking.com it states that there is a bathroom with a hot tub. There is no hot tub. 4. Check out information we had, stated check out 1200 - 1300 yet we were told at 1100 that we had to be out by 1200 latest. That wouldn’t be an issue at all had it been communicated a little bit earlier than rush around with an infant to ensure we were gone by the time it was demanded. 5. Perishable goods left over in cupboards from previous guests. 6. Downstairs shower very weak and nearly impossible to use as there’s hardly any water coming out. 7. On arrival swimming pool wasn’t working but only became apparent it wasn’t working after we asked for it to be cleaned as it started becoming dirty and unhygienic. 8. WiFi stopped working half way through our stay and the reset took 24 hours to happen but the provider was blamed instead. 9. After a couple of days drains smelled really bad. Cleaners were indeed sent to pour some detergent down one of the drains.

  : The Villa Dolfino is beautiful. Set on the top of a cliff with very nice views. Spacious area, outdoor terrace and pool with lounge chairs to see sunset is amazing!The villa was very clean and comfortable overall.
  : The villa is difficult to get to. It is very far from the center of Mikonos town! You need to rent a car! The Itaxi which is like Uber are not to be trusted. They overcharge tourist ! We did not have hot water for 3 days and the host blamed us for the problem wanting to charge us for the gas to heat up the water. During our stay we only had hot water the last night. If you rent the villa be sure to buy Paper Towels, Soap and Nespresso like coffee capsules prior to going up to the villa in the market .

  : 1. Great pool with view over the beach2. 4 Bedrooms with each having its own shower / WC.3. Lots of open spaces for dinners, hang out4. Very easy to communicate with the management.
  : 1. Location is a bit far from the center so count for an easy 20-30 minutes to go downtown or to any other beach.
