  : Upon arrival, we had to wait about 90min extra outdoors after dark in a chilly wind and the service was very rude from start to finish. The place reaked of insect poison and cellary smell, making it hard to breathe inside. There were also about 50 big bugs crawling inside (also on couch and bed). The personnel did not know how to operate the AC and electricity, and they could not find the card to activate those. The jacuzzi had way too much chlorine in it, bleaching our bathing suits and causing a vast annoying rash. When telling this to the owner, they just responded that this is the best place in Mykonos and nothing is wrong with the place. They also charged most of the payment by cash and did not provide receipt against payment or later after multiple requests which is a crime in Greece. And if this was not enough, they cancelled our fully paid stay mid-trip with no reason. Later we found out that the cancellation was only on paper which was also weird. We are not picky, but this was by far our worst stay ever and unfortunately occurred during our honeymoon. Never again.
