: We were searching for a villa in Mykonos for me and my family for a night , we saw photos of DreamBox villa and we said WOW ,once we arrived we realised that it was the worst option we have ever taken ,their photos are fake and not real at all , the villa smells cigarettes ,and something dirty , the beautiful pool is located on the back side of the villa with no view and so many other problems . Finally, we asked to see the interior rooms, which were having black mold on the wall and a very bad smell, the sheets were wet, literarily a totally disaster. It was a nightmare for us to sleep in this villa with our 5 years old boy, he was asking what it smells so bad and started coughing due to the high humidity and the mold .For an amount around 900 euros per night is not what you expect. The whole service and management its very poor for a worldwide destination and they dont care to satisfy the guests .They totally deceived me in thinking its a seas side view and luxurious spacious bit in return its more like a one night stand motel !!!!!

: The hotel grounds and villa itself were clean and up to standard but that was about it.
: The service was terrible. The location of the villas is 200m away from the main hotel so you cant safely walk to the hotel for breakfast and theres no nearby places to safely walk for food or groceries. The hotel staff just suggested we order in food and that was it. It isnt as it seems on their website and Id recommend staying somewhere closer to Ornos town that offers more services if youre paying that much money.

: The services they try to propose. They tried to be nice. Really. If doudou hasn't been lost (or hidden) I could say that the service was very good. Better than at some other places in greece. But we lost (???) Doudou. So...
: Everything ! I paid for a view and a terrasse as on the pictures I saw on booking and their webside and it's ABSOLUTLY not what I get or had expected !!!! I rent a one bedroom villa with private pool and sea view. I ask to be sure it will be like on the pictures. They told me "yes" then I get something very different. The villa I wanted was in fact already rented. They "upgraded" me in a two bedrooms villa. Great !!!! We were two (the one bed villa was for 4 persons, the two bedrooms villa for 6 persons). So no need to have so many beds as we were only two. But what we wanted and for what we paid was the terrasse and view. And that we did not receive. This villa had an awfull view and pool. With no plants (they died before our arrival ) We tried to complain and cancel in order to book a the very last moment a much better and cheaper villa but it wasn't possible as they upgraded us . So 960 spent for 2 persons for 2 nights without breakfast !!! For almost 500/night we could have a much better hotel and services. We were at Wild hotel the 4 previous nights. It was an amazing place and much cheaper !!! And another thing. We lost our daughter "doudou". It was in the house in the morning. We had breakfast with "him". We went out. The cleaning ladies came. We couldn't find "doudou" anymore. First I ask and they told me that nobody had seen it but well with our daughter when we arrive. We were sure to find it as our daughter is not allowed to go outside with "doudou", to find it. We passed 2 hours to look EVERYWHERE and couldn't find him. Did they take doudou because we asked for cancellation and complained to booking (and also asked for cancellation) ? Possible ! But this is really awfull !!!! I don't know. But it is really strenge... So I don't recommand (at all).
