  : -The location is great, you are at the very centre of Ormos Panagias, and the best beach (Trani Ammoudia) is 10 minutes by foot. -The parking is spacious and has enough places for all the guests. Many reviews said that the entrance is narrow, but we could easily manage it, and we had a larger car.- The breakfast is diverse enough for couple of days, but I can't imagine staying for longer time.- Hotel guests have discount in the restaurant in front, which offers plenty delicious foods and has a stunning view.- Towels and linen changed daily. Daily cleaning.- Overall a good stay
  : - Our clothes hanging rack was broken and even though we informed the owners, that didn't change.- It would be great if the shower doors closed, not leaving a gap between so that water flows out of the shower- It would leave a much better impression if there's more attention to small details, for example the trash can was a bit rusty, some of the bathroom tiles were moldy, the toilet seat didn't match the toilet bowl, it was not aligned with the porcelain part, taking more care about cleanliness of glasses and cutlery for the breakfast, and taking care that the breakfast buffet room is maintained during breakfast, the water pressure was really low at times, nit sure if it was a general issue, or the limescale prevented the flow from the shower head.- We asked for 2 single beds and the hosts confirmed this on booking, but we got a double bed room. It wasn't too much of a bother anyways, so we didn't react.- The last day, the linen was changed and we got a stained linen.- The bed mattress was really uncomfortable for us personally, it was too soft and caused some stiffness.

  : The hotel is located in a really good place and the restaurant that belongs to it is great, with excellent food and service. The breakfast included in the package is also a good addition, as the (mostly Greek) food is always fresh and nicely prepared. The employees are kind and helpful, and the cleaning ladies always do an amazing job leaving the room in a great condition. In your room you'll also always find any amenities that you might need.
  : If you don't grab a good room early with a view of the sea, you might end up having to face the parking lot or a wall of another building.

  : Excelent location( small beach& restaurants in front of the hotel). Excelent breakfast. Medium size fridge in the room. Large balcony. Change of towels and lining everyday. Cleaning everyday. Parking lot (but rather small spaces). 10 min walking to large beach.

  : Good breakfast that can also be enjoyed on the beach.Big beds and nice size of rooms and balcony.The rooms, breakfast place and restaurant are cleaned every day and Avra is probably one of the cleanest hotels in Halkidiki.You get a discount at the restaurant and the restaurant is the best in Ormos Panagias.Super nice staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Both in the hotel and in the restaurant.The hospitality is on point.Has parking.
  : The "sea view" room isn't really sea view.The parking is super small and the entrance to it barely fits bigger vehicles.

  : * The restaurant's kitchen is on the ground floor of the hotel and all the smells and heat spill out into the hotel's halls and rooms * In the morning, starting at 5.00 am, the silence is shattered by the garbage trucks, the cars of the restaurant suppliers and other service providers. (In the attached photo you can see the cistern drain in action early in the morning) * To get to the beach, you have to walk (approx. 15 min) or drive your car
