  : On description it looked good, especially the good location in the center of Oia. However, when we checked in on the day, except the location and outside appearance, everything inside is not true at all.
  : The owner provided fake information to cheat the customers. The unit provided to us is a semi-basement. The photos do not match with the real condition of the house. It is stingy and dark. And most importantly, what they listed as 2-bedroom is NOT true. There is no separate bedrooms at all. Since we are 2 couples, we could not stay in this apartment for lack of privacy. Yet, the owner charged us full 3 days of our booking even though we didn't stay at the property at all!6/16/23 - Response to property manager's comments:I am disgusted by your response which is misleading and full of lies!1. Yes, we arrived to your property early on our check-in date, but we only wanted to drop off our luggage so we can tour the island. Only then we found the horrible fact that it is NOT a 2-bedroom house as it is stated in our booking confirmation!!!2. We spent about one hour with your manager on many phone calls back and forth to discuss the fake information about the rooms. You tried to provide the other real 2 bedrooms place, but only can move in next day. So we ended up staying at a much more expensive hotel.3. You absolutely knew that we were finding the other hotel to stay and told us that you are going to charge 50% of total amount. But you have charged full amount on our credit card instead.4. We had full intention to check in to your house. The reason we were forced to cancel our stay only because 1). You didnt provide the product as it is listed on the contract; 2). You were NOT able to find another similar property to accommodate us! Based on these 2 facts, we feel we deserve our full refund even we agreed to pay 10% on the phone that day.5. You had given us so far the worst experience in our entire travel history! We wasted many precious hours on Santorini trying to resolve the problem you caused by your misleading fact! Hope the other tourist will not have this kind of bad experience again.

  : The sunset view was amazing! The host is really nice and response to messages really fast.
  : Its a bit humid and gets quite chilly inside at night. The bathroom is bit tiny.

  : Manager was very helpful, internet was good, location was good, and the view from the patio/deck was very nice (ignoring the ATM).
  : The beds were uncomfortable, but the real disappointment had nothing to do with the property. Santorini has become inundated with tourist from the cruise ships. It is extremely difficult to walk around with the crowds. It was not nearly this crowded the past two time I went. While still incredibly beautiful, I am not sure I would go again.

  : Location location location! the Santoimage House is truly in the middle of it all. Especially if you love sunsets. We worked our meals around being able to be home and on our deck, with wine in hand, to view the sunsets. and the staff is also excellent. Boggi was incredibly responsive to every one of our needs, questions, requests.
  : The only thing to note about this property is that in order to get to the second bedroom, you must walk through the first bedroom. So best for a family or friends where privacy is not a concern. in addition, as others noted there are many other people around, especially at sunset. So, if a quaint, private experience is what you are looking for this may not meet that. But we knew ahead of time and were totally prepared and it did not bother us.

  : We loved the house, very comfortable and great location. You can see the sunset from the top balcony. Boggi, our host, is very nice and attentive. They met us when we arrived and showed us the area and apartment.

  : The room is not luxury, but for the price in such an amazing location visitors need to factor this into their expectations. Its great value for where it is

  : Booking.com showed few facilities which where not there. Example Washing machine was not there. When enquired, the management of property told that they are not aware of what booking.com was showing in the site.

  : Our host Bogey went above and beyond. He can set you up with any restaurant that you would like to eat at. Any trips that you want to take? Hes your guy to help you. The view from the deck was really great at sunset.
  : Im There is only one a/c for the whole unit. If you close the bedroom door you get no air. To get to the second bedroom, you have to go through the first bedroom. There was no privacy. The back bedroom was like a dungeon when you shut the door. You could not open any windows. You had to request a staff member to bring something to open them because of their height. The whole unit had ants everywhere. Our host was amazing. Every time we called about the ant issue, he sent staff numerous times to try and eliminate the infestation with no luck. Ants ended up on the kitchen table, in front one of the beds and in luggage which created a nightmare for us. The beds are very hard. The living room furniture was dirty. We covered it with extra sheets to sit on it. The shower is a hand held set at your waist height. Our cost to stay here was like a slap in the face.
