: when we arrive, we found that The environment of this hotel has really big difference between the reality and pictures on the booking shows. Also, the staff has really bad attitude here which said rude language to us, the reason is that we want him to wait us 5 more mins at the check out time. This hotel will not be on my recommendation list.

: EVERYTHING! Gregory was delightful, helpful and provided us with some free wine and lots of good information. His restaurant recommendation was SPOT ON! The location was FABULOUS - away from the crowds, and yet close enough to everything! Walking distance from almost anywhere you would want to go.
: The shower in the room with the kitchenette was quite difficult to use. The hand shower would spray all over the bathroom unless you held it, which meant that you couldn't wash yourself. And, it was very difficult to shut the hand shower off and only use the shower at the top Also, there was only one hairdryer between the two rooms. VERY MINOR.

: Location was great. Our host was wonderful with setting up a transfer from port and to airport and end of stay. Also had porters take our bags to our rooms and back up to top at end of stay.
: We had a huge patio which was great but lacked shade. One umbrella just over table but with angle of sun didn't provide enough shade for 4 people. could use at least 2 more umbrellas as patio is very hot. Also the tiny mirror in kitchenette side bathroom was not enough and dim lighting hard to see for getting ready. A larger mirror in bedroom would help. Needed AC on at all times otherwise there was a musty smell

: The location was excellent!
: They could update the interior of the property . The furniture is a little outdated. They need to purchase new towels. The sheets didnt stay on the mattress.
