  : Elizabeth is an amazing host. She went over the details of the property, the nearby attractions, dinner & activity recommendations as well as help secure reservations. She was very communicative and easily accessible via phone. When we needed additional sheets & towels, she quickly arranged to have them delivered. She made our first visit to Santorini a memorable visit. The location of the facility is in Oia. The Caldera views from the balcony was amazing or as my traveling party coined it a 'million dollar view'. Though in touristy Oia, the location felt mostly secluded and relaxing, but within 2 min from the Oia touristic part. Breakfast was included which I was not aware of and hence a pleasant surprise and we made the most of it by having breakfast on balcony with the full 180 degree panoramic view of the caldera and Mediterranean sea (for which restaurants in Oia were charging premium prices)
  : Wish the property had an additional half bathroom so a family of 4 didnt have to compete for the single bathroom, especially given that the Jacuzzi was also in the bathroom. Wish the Jacuzzi was outdoor as it was in many adjacent properties, so we could enjoy the views. With the restrictions on not flushing the used toilet paper (need to put the used toilet tissue in a garbage can), I wish there was daily trash pickup.

  : Santorini has always been top on my list to visit and when my family went to Europe in December 2023 we wanted to splurge a little for the views, relaxation and comfort. We visited during the off season and it was nice to have no crowds and it really felt like we had the cave house and island to ourselves. Elizabeth, her husband and the rest of the team were very hospitable and we had one of the best (if not, the best) customer service throughout our entire trip and we visited a lot of places and stayed in a lot of accommodation properties. The uniqueness of the cave house was also a great experience and had the best views in the morning and the evening. We only stayed for 2 nights so we didn't manage to do a lot but Elizabeth was so nice and had great recommendations that I wish we had more time to explore. I can really say she cared about her guests and wanted us to have the best time in Santorini. Thank you so much!
  : There was a weird smell that resembled fishy cat poop but it did fade away (or maybe our noses just got used to it) but there were a lot of cats in Greece in general so it can't be helped. The stairs was also a nightmare as it was on the edge of the Santorini cliffs so it was very difficult for the family of 4 with lots of big, heavy luggages. We knew what we're signing up for in sacrifice for the iconic views but Elizabeth and her team made it a lot easier for us as they helped to and back the property and we're so thankful.
