: The location of the property was amazing, but it was also very private - much better than I expected in Oia in August. I never found anyone trying to take photos in front of my door. It was also quiet enough at night even though it was so close to the centre. The reception staff were also great.
: There was a misunderstanding about the timing of the transfer to the ferry port, and as a result I received somewhat unfriendly behaviour from a staff member, essentially being told off for running a few minutes late. I feel this could have been handled better, and it is unfortunate that it is how my stay ended.

: Chelidonia traditional villas are lovely and what you would expect. However, in terms of location it wasn't ideal for us as a young family. It's very hard to get to a beach or pool in that location.

: Loved the location and view. It was the perfect spot for where everything is happening in oia. They let us check in early.
: All the steps made it very difficult to get to and from the villa. There was only one AC unit and it was in the living room which didnt really help either bathroom. I was very upset that they had told us they would help get our bags to the meeting point and then when it was time they said the person was helping someone else and was unable to help us and we had a 3 month old baby and a bunch of bags.

: Everything was lovely beginning with our transportation from the Ferry, arranged by Chelidonia Villas to our checkout. The staff was attentive and very helpful with recommendations.
: Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Every morning it was the exact same. We thought that we would experience more variety especially with the Greek breakfast pies. It was disappointing and had we known we would not have included breakfast in our reservation.

: The location was magical facing the sea and you can sit and watch the boats/ships come and go.....and the people too. The rooms are cozy. The staff and the owner we met by chance were so friendly. We were served breakfast in a basket so it was lovely to sit out.
: The towel rack was broken and cheapy looking. Could have been more sturdy. Wouldn't suit elderly people as the steps are quite tough to get up.
