  : Great location right in the heart of Nidri. Clean however basic facilities. Shower very small, needs an update and a few repairs. Pool was nice, staff friendly and overall enjoyed our stay.

  : Perfect location in the middle of the pedestrian street. We got a room facing the street and were skeptical about whether there would be too much noise at night. But it wasn't, as soon as the patio door was closed, you couldn't hear the traffic. The rooms were clean and we got clean towels every other day. For a small fee, you can get clean towels every day. Service-oriented personell that followed us up from the order was made, both by e-mail and by telephone until we checked out. Nice pool area, plus parking in the backyard for those of us who came by car. A big plus is that there is a small kitchen in the room so you could choose whether you wanted to eat breakfast in the room or not.
  : If I have to comment on one thing that could have been better, it is that the pool area was a bit messy. But that's all.

  : On booking they said it is pet friendly. The moment I completed the booking and the room was fully paid they sent me a message that I also have to pay for the cat (10 euros per night) and an extra warranty of 200 euros in case the cat did any damage.Why didn't they say that on the booking page of the hotel? Only after they took my money. Anyway I was ok with that as well eventually. When I checked in they told me that the cleaning will be done every 2 days and if I want it to be done daily I needed to pay an extra tax. I kindly asked them that I do not want that, in fact I kindly asked them nit to do any cleaning because my cat is very anxious with new places and people and he needs time to accommodate and i will ask them for anything if I needed. They were ok with that until the next day when they told me that the policy of the hotel is to clean the room every day and to put my cat in his bag until they do so. Clearly they had a problem with my cat. The policy of the hotel changes from day to day really? What a joke. We were forced to leave after just one night because I didn't want my cat to stress out every morning until they "clean" the room (in reality they wanted to check for damages from my cat every day ). My cat hiperventilated and got very stress from this experience and also it was a stressfull experience for us as well. Eventually they said to contact booking in order to get my money back for the rest of the stay but that was also a big lie because they were the ones that chared my card directly. On top of that the property didn't have hot water so we couldn't take a shower, the shower was so tiny that it couldn't be used.The final lie was when they cancelled my booking after I left with the reason that I never showed up. This hotel is clearly NOT pet friendly. I do not recommended this hotel by any means.
