: The view was as described and yet unexpectedly beautiful. The hosts were outstanding - charming, all info crisp and comprehensive, very prompt interventions every time we needed them. The villa itself is spacious, with all amenities - as adverstised.
: Electricity was out a couple of times. Internet is rather spotty. Walking to the villa from and to town is not really an option - stray dogs and no light.

: The views from this property are incredible. All we wanted to do was sit on any of the balconies/veranda/pool area and look out at the incredible view, no matter what time of day or night!
: We maybe didnt realise that although only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Nidri it isnt really a trip you would walk unless very fit so a car is essential. We did however use the taxi services which were all great and highly recommended.

: We were a gropup of 6 and stayed at Villa 1, Villa Olive for 7 nights. The view is exceptional, the pool has the perfect view also and great watter. Someone was taking care of the pool every day and another guy was taking care of the garden every day. The villa is very well equiped with dishwasher, coffe maker, barbeque etc. The place is very quiet and perfect to spend your time by the pool relaxing and enjoing the view. All thing considered, if you want to come to Lefkada you should stay at Amalia Villas.
: The access road it's narrow, steep and not very well paved. I was informed that is a public road and they applied many times for improving it but they were declined and they are trying now to improve it themselves. If you are not an experienced driver I will not recomend. We couldn't eat outside on the terrace because immediately a lot of hornets came and it was impossible to eat there(would've beed great because of the view but...), then we moved inside and there were a lot of ants on the table. Had some small issues with the plumbing but were immediately resolved. Changing the towels is done once in a week and the cleaning inside also once in a week even if when we arrived there they told us will come every day. Anyways, every time we had an issue, was resolved immediately after a short whatsapp text. The attic bedroom has small windows and no views and a very small bathroom that is not very usefull but there is an extra bathroom on the main floor.
