  : Perfect location - only 2 min from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful. New, modern apartment with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen was well equipped. It was lacking a large bowl for making salads but we used a large pan. Outside there was a private garden with a BBQ and Chimney and lots of space for kids. Also, there was a small bistro-style table for two for morning coffees and a large dining table outside with voile curtains to protect from the sun. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and large. The curtains in the bedrooms were good for blocking the sunlight in the morning and additionally, we used external shutters as well. There is plenty of shops in Nikiti that can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The beach was sandy with plenty of space and crystal clear water, especially in the morning. The overall stay was perfect for our family.

  : The house is literally 50 meters from the best part of the beach in Nikiti, which was really convenient for the days the weather was not great - if it starts raining, you just go to the house! When the sun is up again, you go to the beach.
  : The garden was smaller than anticipated (there are actually two houses - one has a bigger garden but worse view, the other has smaller garden but a better view). It also wasn't really child friendly, as we found multiple rusty screws lying around in the garden. The sunshade on top of the porch isn't made to protect from rain, so whenever it rains the chairs and table become wet and unusable for 12-24 hours.

  : The property had all kinds of facilities for a comfortable stay. The host was very amiable and receptive.
  : There wasnt warm water at all times, but bearing i. mind the season, it wasnt not a necessity.
