  : The apartments are new, nicely arranged and cleaned regularly. They have everything that you need for a vacation. Each apartment has a built-in Wi-Fi AP, so the Internet signal is also ok (the flow on the phone was constantly around 20 Mbit, which was enough for web, viber, whats up...). There is always as much hot water, as you want and the shower is excellent.There is a parking lot for a certain number of vehicles, although there are plenty of places within a radius of 50 m. The owner of the apartment is very kind and responsive.
  : Little things. Central air conditioning, which is based on the excellent heat pump LG Therma V, does not cool the apartment as it should. Something is wrong (lack of freon, clogged filters, etc.). Even when you set the cooling to 14 degrees and the fan on maximum, the lowest temperature in the room was constantly 26 degrees. The advantage is that the building has excellent insulation (walls are thermally insulated, new aluminum-wood joinery with thick glass, etc.), so the apartment does not get too hot even when the air conditioner is turned off, so despite the weak air conditioning in the apartment, it is always tolerable. The location is right next to the port in Nikiti and a little isolated from the center of events (and beach), which is about 500-600m (3rd row of cross streets from the sea), but that's why it's ideal for vacation because there's no noise.

  : It has all you can expect: good size room, full kitchen, dicent size bathroom, nice terace, it's quiet but still really close to the town center.
  : Even thogh it's really close to city center, access to the villa is really bad, the street is not asphalthed and with stones in some places.

  : Reasonably priced, good location (minutes away of the beach we went to), clean and tidy. Available frying pan in the kitchen, pot, salad bowl, etc.Very polite hostess and personnel.
  : 1. Air-conditioning was not working; it was producing mainly noise. The technician took few days to arrive, but we never felt any difference in the room temperature after the "repair", he simply stopped the noise.We were also offered to switch for another room, but never went there as the AC wasn't working there either.Other guests shared the same experience, so if air-conditioning is important for you - look elsewhere!To give you an idea, we were given a fan and that helped a lot more than the AC itself. :) 2. The door knob was broken when we arrived and that issue was patched, but never fully fixed. The issue didn't affect security, I must say. Also, the little safe in the room wasn't working at all. Still, the place felt secure, as there's constantly personnel there.4. No shampoo or shower gel was available, make sure you bring yours.5.The paved parking in front doesn't have enough places for all guests. There is sufficient free space in the vicinity, but on some dust/rubble/construction waste.6. We were asked 5 euro deposit, never got that back as we had to suddenly leave a few days earlier than planned, after midnight, so didn't have the chance to ask for the return.
