  : The room had a terrible smell in the bathroom as there was no proper fan. Also the bathroom was full of ants that they cleaned but ants keep coming up. There was no housekeeping, only change of the toilet bag. The stuff was not kind at all as when we asked for towels they said that they only change every 3-4 days, and when we said that we only stay 3 days they said then you dont get towel change. They list the rooms as 3keys but they dont offer frequent change of towels or sheets. Based on law you need to get towels changed 5 times a week when you list for 3keys! They brought us new towels after we insisted. We paid 140/night and its very irrational not to get new towels at least once! Also no shower gel only hand soap! The room balcony had no privacy as we were ground floor near the main entrance and there was no fence for some privacy. Lastly, the last night we had no hot water at all. The rooms are in a good condition but totally there is no value for money, very overpriced. We understand that we pay central location but when you pay this price you expect to get better value!

  : There were a lot of bugs in the toilet, spiders in the room, and the refrigerator was with a lot of ice.

  : Location very close to the beach.
  : First of all, there was a mistake in the preparation of the rooms. The place was booked for 9 people (2 families, 5 + 4) when I booked I selected a place for 5 + 4, when we arrive at the place the rooms allocated were for 6pp + 3pp. We asked for a change but nothing was done by the staff even if it was assured that they were going to change the rooms, which it wasn't and had put us in the situation of splitting the family members. No TV was present in the rooms and basic things as toilet paper, and when we ask for it the answer was quite rude. The dishes and bathroom were not clean on our arrival in both rooms booked, the air conditioning in the big room was not working, and shampoo and soap were not provided in both apartments. The studio at the ground floor had humidity problems and moldy air . Not recommended for a long stay. We wanted to leave.

  : the glass doors at the entrance were not marked and I hit my head in the first night because the owner didn't tell us about them...anyway those doors didn't have any security purpose because they had no lock

  : We checked in without any hassle, the girl at the reception dest was super nice. We just said that we booked via Booking, gave our passports and received keys. All guests were nice, there is a rooftop terrace available to all residents and parking was always available.
  : There were no hosts for the checkout at the reception counter. We rang the ringer coupe of times, came back after an hour and there still was noone. We were unsure whether just leaving keys will do the trick - but it did, checking out with just leaving keys was fine.
