: Very nice location, the room was very nice and spacious but mainly the staf is great. They made us feel like home.

: The cleaning lady was very nice, came to bring the trash every day and did some cleaning also, we got clean towels in every 3 days. The pool is nice, and the location is very good, supermarkets and bakeries in the front of the apartment, beach is also near.
: The bathroom is very small, and although we had everything closed and also mosquito repellents, the mosquitos were never ending, it was very annoying during the night. The kitchen is not very well equipped, you have plates, glasses, pan and a large pot, but no sugar, salt, sponge, washing-up liquid, etc., you have to bring or buy everything. (But this can be normal, in Hungary these are basic things available in apartments for rent.) Loud bells nearby, ringing only on Saturday and Sunday morning. Only the host speaks in English and we didn't meet him not even once, the ladies who came to help (cleaning lady and an elderly lady) did not speak Eng. and in the first days the host was not really responsive.

: There was no reception open so the cleaner met us on check in. It was easy. Hotel was central and we had a pool view which I asked for in advance and this wasnt a problem. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for a family of four. The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and an outside shower. There was a bar if you needed a drink. The location was really good - central in Nikiana directly opposite a supermarket and other shops which was handy for anything that you needed. The beach and harbour were a short walk away with plenty of places to eat in the evening. The sea was clean and crystal clear. We used the service bus to get around and it was easy to get the bus on the main road in both directions. Its a short ride to Nidri where we spent a couple of days as there was more to see and do. The bus is cheap although tend to run later than the timetables. We had a great time.
: The air conditioning didnt work in one of the bedrooms. An engineer came to have a look immediately but it wasnt repaired during our time at the property and we were there for five nights. It was very hot in the night so we slept with the door open. As the hotel is in a central location there is a lot of noise during the night; bins being collected from the shops opposite, lots of shouting from some hotel residents as well as passers by. I guess they were all on holiday but it was annoying that it was happening every night. The apartment was clean with plenty of storage for clothes and a good line to hang wet beachwear. Plenty of glasses and a full size fridge. Soap was present in both bathrooms but nothing else.
