  : The hotel is in an isolated position, surrounded by olive trees, with a sea view (that's what we were looking for). Big enough room, with a comfortable bed and a nice terrace. Breakfast was nice, with enough meal choices. Only, the juice was artificial, which is unexpected in a hotel like this one. There is a small, private beach that you reach by a short walk around one beachfront house. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Close to the hotel is the restaurant Panos, with very good food and reasonable prices. There is no supermarket nearby. One note about the road - there is about 300 m of unpaved road, but this is not a problem, as the road is in good condition.

  : The Hotel is located in a quiet area 15min driving from Neos Marmaras. It is perfect if you want to unwind and recharge, has a really nice view and garden. The whole area is beautifully dotted with pine and olive trees! The beach is close by and you can use the sunbeds and parasols there. It is very convenient if you are in a bigger group and dont want to drive too much. The owners are very nice and helpful, suggesting places for food and providing anything you will ask for. The breakfast buffet offers enough of diversity and the food is decent.
  : Because the hotel is in a quiet and remote area, you should have a car to get to the supermarkets and move around.

  : The hotel is in the quiet region, you hear only waves and trees. It is a small hotel wit wonderful view to the sea.
  : I dont like the fact that balconies are next to each other so you dont have any privacy if your neighbour is sitting on the balcony at tje same time. Some curtains could solve the problem.

  : DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!We had fond memories of visiting the hotel two years ago. It was a lovely and calm holiday that I recommended to numerous people, so we decided to visit again this summer. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience. On the second day of our 8 night stay, the hotel had NO WATER WHATSOEVER, so we were forced to book a room in a different hotel in order not to go to bed covered in salt and sand. We were ready to let that slide but every day after that, there was NO HOT WATER from 5 oclock until the morning. We were denied the most basic amenity, after electricity, that every hotel advertising itself as a 3 star accommodation, has. If you are counting thats 6 DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER. We were told the boiler that warms the water does not have the capacity to service all guests of the hotel. In addition, there was NO WiFi in our room, AT ALL! Even though the hotel advertises that it does. Weeks after this horrible experience we are still being jerked around by the owner telling us: no such issues exist, WiFi in the rooms is not advertised, the only compensation he can offer us is a free weekend during the offseason - basically treating his guests like fools. He has no remorse for ripping us off, ruining our holiday, wasting our time and has no interest in providing a decent service, only taking your money.Save yourself the headache and suffering and go anywhere else. However, if you do decide to come to this hotel, here are some tips on how to protect yourself: 1. DO NOT WAIT when an issue arises, the staff working there is nice and helpful to the best of their abilities, so you might feel inclined to not create problems and deal with the issues between yourselves. DO NOT DO THIS! Call the customer service of booking IMMEDIATELY and complain about the hotel. They have a 24/7 help line. You will be refunded and alternative accommodations will be offered! 2. Post a comment, listing all issues so future guests are warned. 3.
