  : The location is great, right at the heart of Sithonia, very close to the best beaches and taverns.A family which is very friendly and helpful runs the facility. The rooms are cleaned every other day, beds are comfortable, kitchen equipments are good enough.
  : The building could be noisy especially in the mornings.

  : Built up on a hill, you can hardly hear any sounds of the noisy centre of Marmaras.Modern, fully- equipped, with a great view.Spacious room and balcony We had our room cleaned every two days and of course new bedsheets and towels .As a family of four we had a great time.
  : Internet connection needs to be improved but I know that it's a general problem of the area in Sithonia.Beaches are accessible by car.

  : There is a parking lot, in Neos Marmaras parking is a problem, so it is very good that you have a parking lot. Sea view, mountain air, clean, peaceful and in just two minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation.

  : A family with a 3 y.o. child here. We have been to Greece 10+ times (7 different islands + bunch of places on the mainland, of which 3 times in Sithonia), and this is by far the worst hotel in Greece we have experienced. Can't believe our experience was so different from other reviews. Booked and pre-paid a room for one week but left after 2 nights as it was horrible. On the positive note and as others described it, the place is indeed clean. Although I'm not sure whether they clean it every second day (didn't stay long enough).
  : - Rooms are much smaller than advertised. By counting the tiles in the room (60x60cm) and the bathroom (60x30cm), it's a no-brainer to calculate the room area. It turned out that our room was 26 sqm instead advertised 40 sqm. Big issue for us as we booked solely because of the advertised room area.- The staff is unfriendly. When we arrived and pre-paid the room the guy seemed to be almost annoyed by our appearance.- The staff is also dishonest. When we told them that the advertised room size was deceiving, they just kept lying that it was correct. (especially funny was to hear that we haven't included outer terrace area in our room size calculations).When we suggested to pay only for the initial 2 nights and get refund for other nights, the management refused and continued to argue. In the end we just gave up and left since such small room was unsuitable for a small child.- Bathroom really smallish (approximately 1,5x1,6m, e.g. barely 2,5 sqm). Because of the bath size, the shower has a wall only from one side, and so all water ends up on the floor where it doesn't drain. The bathroom window opens up just below main staircase so everyone can look inside.- Impossible to eat inside due to how small the rooms are. And once you step outside, there are wasps everywhere.- Zero privacy. The architect seems to have squeezed as many units as possible into this tiny building. So you hear your neighbors and they hear you (including the bathroom visits). Even worse is that the owners live in the same building, just next door. Forget to sleep if they have a conversation at 1am (like they did when we were there).- Minimalistic kitchenware. Try to boil eggs for the breakfast in 10L huge pot and you will understand what I mean :) The staff unwilling to provide any extra kitchenware.- The location is awkward, in the middle of nowhere.
