A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please also note that there is a money back guarantee of transferring the reservation to the date of your choice. This is also free of charge if you cancel due to COVID-19.
