  : Easy to find, right behind Town Hall building. Only 8 min walk to coffee shops & restaraunts. Supermarkets harder, need to walk sth to the main square for them, under 10 min walk. 15 min walk from ferry port to hotel but also about 10 min by taxi due to one way road system cost 10
  : No kettle for tea/coffee. No breakfast so have to get out first thing in morning. Owner very nice works hard to keep place clean etc but found bed a bit lumpy

  : Spotlessly clean with marble floors.; cute decor; small patio outside quiet good bathroom. No breakfast was expected, but the cafe next door was exceptional. It is five minutes from the beach and a 25 minute walk from the port
  : When we arrived at 10:30 Pm as we had told them we hade difficultyin getting in

  : The restaurant was always too busy to go for breakfast with queues leading down the street

  : Perfectly located between the beach and the city center only 5 min walking distance from both. The place was very charming and clean, we really enjoyed the terraces. Staff was very welcoming and nice. I'd definitely recommend this place :)
  : We booked 3 rooms and in one of the rooms the AC was not working properly (warm air in the month of August). Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

  : When we arrived the lady of pension philoxenia was there ready to let us in and show us around, cold water was waiting for us in the fridge (which was much needed) and the room was clean and very comfortable. All in All our stay at philoxenia was incredible and the hosts were so good at taking care of us! We are 2 young adults traveling by ourselves, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Perfect location
  : Our only issues was with the bed we had, whilst sleeping the wood holding up the mattress fell down and so the bed was still okay to sleep on but you had to be very carefull and not move too much on the bed or it would break down. We would still recommend this place, seeing as everything else was very pleasent and it could just have been the bed in our room.

  : The only good thing is the localisation. For the rest RUN AWAY! Shower broken and very small, bed hard like a rock...The host take only cash et tried to steel us 100euros... We give her the money, she leave to make change and when she came back, she declared that 100euros were missing... Come on such a lie... If 100euros was missing she would never went to do change. We did lost the change in the story....

  : Two beds, where one wasnt a sofa bed. There were 2 large comfortable beds and 2 air con units with 2 entries onto terrace. The modern kitchenette in studio included a coffee machine and a washing machine, detergent, pegs and a huge outdoor sunny terrace with clothesline and 4 chairs. Soulas sister runs a wonderful cafe next door that is always full of people enjoying brunch.
  : A lack of storage. There was a nook in the bedroom with hanging space, but no shelving. Lots of froufrou which cluttered up surfaces and reduced storage. The bathroom, whilst newly renovated, was small and had no storage, hooks, shelves. We were 2 singles travelling, i think a family would have difficulty with lack of bathroom hooks.

  : As we were only there for 1 night we can't give a proper response but it seems OK for able-bodied people.
  : The 9 steps that we had to negotiate to get to the apartment. As my wife is in a wheelchair it was not suitable for her. The description, pictures and Google maps were misleading as the cafe/restaurant was shown empty and looked as it was all part of the apartments complex. We had to pay the full amount for the apartment and also pay for alternative accommodation for the rest of the holiday. It was very confusing as it gave the impression that it was suitable for a wheelchair user, raised toilet, lowered sink, entire unit on the ground floor?
