  : Close to the beach and had a nice view of the ocean. Good value for the money.

  : the location close to the sea was awesome. Maria and George are wonderful and the food at their tavern is superb. The one bedroom was just the right amount of space. It was very quiet and not too far from good beaches.
  : The room we thought we were getting was a front sea view and the one we got had a fig tree blocking half of the view. That was a bummer. Be warned that in early September it is ultra windy-we knew there would be wind but not like this. The "calmer" mentioned just a mile south is not as calm as described. The closest restaurant was still at least 1/2 mile, as the supermarket. We got a lot of exercise. Chose not to rent a car or ATV. We loved the accomodations but won't return bc of the wind. We love to lay on the beach.

  : The property was wonderful, exceptionally clean, quiet, perfect views, very close proximity to the beach, local supermarket and tavernas. Maria and her family went out of their way to make you feel welcome and a lovely friendly room service from Ulee.
  : We were glad to have the hire car otherwise you might feel a little remote, but appreciative of the calm and quiet in any case

  : The hostess of Orkos View Apartments - Maria was very nice. We arrived around midnight and the key was waiting for us in the door. The location of the apartment is great, in a quiet place and in the vicinity, no one disturbed us and the view from the terrace was exactly as we expected, wonderful and breathtakingly. I must admit that the towels were changed every day, the sheets were always clean - that was very positive. Unfortunately, there were also strong negative points, more information in the comment about the poor and old equipment of the kitchen and bathroom.
  : We planned to use the kitchen, which was described in the offer, in accordance with our basic expectations. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment was poor, the hotplate was old and damaged. One panel did not work and the other warmed poorly, because it took 40 minutes to boil the water even in a small pot. We could not use the hotplate, we gave up. The hosts did not present the bathroom at all in the pictures of the offer. When we saw the bathroom it turned out that the equipment was old, the fittings were old, there was no shower curtain or shower head holder. Setting the water temperature was difficult and taking a shower was not comfortable at all. It is a pity, because the location of the apartment is really great.

  : Excellent peaceful location with lovely sandy beaches within a short walk. Views from the balcony over the bay were excellent. There is a good bakery and supermarket again only a fairly short walk (1 km) along the unmade road following the sea. The studio was kept spotless by the daily visit from the cleaning lady. Although on arrival our hob only had one ring working this was soon resolved and a new hob fitted. The owner kindly let us have another room for a few hours on arrival as our arrival time was early.
  : The kitchen utensils are basic, a bread board for instance would have been useful. However there is sufficient equipment to make a basic meal on the two hobs.
