: Great place to stay. Clean and private apartaments with gorgeous view and friendly staff, good value for money. Area has security cameras. You will have direct line via whatsapp and they will really value your privacy. Would stay again.
: Wind on evenings makes things bit uncomfortable it was too cold to enjoy pool after sun set.

: The virtual front desk that is accessible through WhatsApp was amazing for helping us set up taxis, reservations, recommendations, tours, etc. Truly a unique feature. All amenities were clean and worked as expected for a hotel of this price range.
: The geographical location of this hotel made it seem like it would have a caldera view but unfortunately, it faces the opposite way. The view is still amazing but it's not the caldera. Beds are a bit hard for my liking. The pool temperature is not customizable and is set to 28-29C. In October, there is only sun on the patio until 1-2pm.
