: The property is very large and comfortable. Inside and outside (garden) is very well taken care of. The property is gated so very safe for kids and to park the car. The location is near Chania and also close to the beaches, the surroundings are very peaceful.
: For restaurants etc, you need to take the car. But in turn you get very quiet surroundings and a great view

: pool was great and private although would be good to have it cleaned more regularly. beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good.WI-FI worked well. it was clean.Beach nearby was lovely.
: I didnt like that you dont really know which Villa you are getting. The photos show a range of 4 (I think) different ones. even once booked its not clear which one is yours which I found to be a bit deceiving. I didnt like that there are no shops, even a small mini mart near by to get daily provisions.I really didnt like that no information is left for guests on anything that you generally need to know. such as things like: nearest shop, taxis, rough idea of cost of taxis to shops/Chania etc. Things to do in immediate area. Nearest restaurants and how far to walk to them. no instructions or information on what to do with rubbish. These are standard pieces of information left in any rented accommodation Ive stayed in.Yes, when I asked I was told but I shouldnt have to ask for these basic details. They should be left in a guest info book or file.The villa needs to be replenished with some basic things such as better chopping knives, glass ware and crockery.Simple things like hooks for towels in the bathroom/on back of doors in the bedrooms would help.I also really disliked that the shower handles were so low and couldnt be hooked up above head height. Makes washing hair especially difficult.

: Location excellent, close to the beach with food shops a short car drive away. Very comfortable & clean. George & John we're both very helpful & supplied cots, high chairs & stairgate. Good size, clean swimming pool.
: Proximity of airbase meant military jets overlying frequently. It was not apparent until arrival that the villa is 2 entirely separate apartments with their own front doors & no internal connection. Not a problem for us but could cause problems with a large family.
