  : The prospect of the place was wonderful
  : We are an elderly couple and we had a hire car. We used your GPS directions but they took us, in the dark, up unmade roads which became narrow and strewn with rubble. Eventually, after a number of attempts, we felt we had to turn back and so we never got to the Hotel Theasis. We returned to the main road and found a hotel in Lefkada as the hotels in Navpaktos seemed full and the police had blocked the roads into the town centre. I contacted the hotel and they kindly said that they would ask you to give us a refund as they understood our difficulties. I do not think that the refund has yet appeared on my account. Could you please arrange the refund. We would like to visit the hotel in better times. Roger
