  : Location was quiet and peaceful, but still very close to everything. Our terrace under the lime trees was very nice. Cleaners were very good and very friendly. Pool was never too busy and lunch from pool cafe was good. Room had aircon and big ceiling fan, what was essential in the July heat and the use was included in the price. Room had a safety deposit box with no additional cost to use it. Beds were very comfortable and towels and sheets were changed often. Studio room was large and very comfortable for three people.

  : The location was the best,everything was very close to the hotel. We also really liked the pool, it was big and there weren't a lot of people.However, the best thing was that they cleaned our room every day so it was very clean.
  : The room hadn't got normal terrace door but it had terrace so we had to climb to the terrace from the Window from our room. The food in the restaurant wasn't very good but at least, there was a restaurant so we could have lunch if we didn't want to go out.

  : Everything we needed was there (including baby cot and a kitchenette). Our kid really liked the pool (a part of which was specifically for toddlers and small children). A supermarket is five minutes away.
  : The wifi did not work at times. Pool was open until 8 pm - one more hour would be nice.

  : AC was only one when we had 1 room and big salon we couldnt sleep because of how hot it was! that was the only bad thing !

  : The pool was the best thing! Also the ladies that were cleaning the hotel, were very attentive and the whole staff was helpful.
  : Not as such about the property, rather than Platanias area, we were a bit disappointed by it. The property itself was quite fine.

  : There were 5 in our party. I was the one who booked the hotel, We already had an early morning check in arranged, However, 3 of us missed a connecting flight due to a delayed flight and therefore did not make it. I initially tried to cancel the room however they wouldn't cancel it. So I told The other 2 that did make it to just go and check into the room. I let the hotel know via messenger on booking.com plus I spoke with them when the other 2 in the party were physically there to check in. The people were extremely rude and were even yelling at the other 2 in our party. they finally agreed to let them stay but would only do so if they handed over their passports. And of course handing over your passports so they can verify who you are is no big deal, however they wanted to keep them. And no matter where you are traveling you never let your passports out of your site. Of course they can see them to verify who you are, however it was extremely rude and unnerving that they were trying to keep our passports. Stay away from this place.
  : They were extremely rude. And wanted to keep our passports until Check out. Which sounds a little suspect to me..... well not a little a lot.
