  : Good location, the breakfast was more extensive that I excepted it to be.
  : It felt like the bare minimum was provided. One pillow per person on the bed, one towel per person with no hand towels/face towels. A stove top in the room but not a single piece of crockery, cutlery or pans/ pots to use it with. For the price point, I would have hoped for a more polished experience

  : The location was very convenient, walkable from the port. Rooms were modern and spacious.
  : There was no hot water. The shower was lukewarm, there was a tub in our room for a bath and we couldnt use it because the water didnt get warm enough. Very strong smelling bath salts that made the entire room smell. It gave both my wife and I a headache. Once we moved the salts outside and aired out the room a bit it was fine.

  : The location was great. Five minute walk to the main street. Parking was available a minutes walk from front door. The room was huge.
  : Our room had a blocked shower drain on arrival, so we couldn't have a shower until the next day. Also, the room didn't get done up one day despite having the please make my room tag on the door.

  : The staff were soooo kind and always wanting to help. The breakfast was pretty good (quite meat/diary based but still things we could eat as vegans). There was a hob in our room (we didnt use it though so not sure if it worked!). The room was big with two balconies. There was a TV with streaming services and the bed was super comfortable and absolutely massive! I loved the aesthetic of the place and the location was amazing.
  : There was a squeaking every other second through both nights we were there that you could hear with the door closed - Im not sure it it was the door or something outside but it was very overwhelming. Only at night though! The balconies were quite small and the views were just of the street. The shower didnt get too hot and we had to keep the door open as the light in there was too dark.

Disappointing

  : Breakfast, staff, bed was really comfortable, room service,
  : We didnt have warm water the first night. The A/C wasnt working properly. We were checked in in way smaller room that we actually booked, the pictures were different. Thats not what you expect for the price you pay. I was really disappointed with the overall experience as I was travelling in Europe for a whole month and that was the only accommodation that was so disappointing. I would happily stay there again only for a half price, its simply not worth it.
