  : Quiet beautiful area. Nice beach nearby. Sea view from balcony, nice garden to sit in. House is comfortable, big and has everything you need.You can hike to the temple of Poseidon and theres a beautiful view from the hill on the way there.
  : I would change the stuffy blankets.Also if you dont have a car its quite a long walk to a supermarket and the main road is dangerous to walk along because the drivers dont expect pedestrians. Luckily the nearby bakery, which you can reach by walking along the coast, has a little shop where you can buy milk and eggs etc.

  : The property is close to Lavrion marina so we decided to stay a few days after a sailing week. A car is essential for this property and if you use google maps then using the directions on Booking.com website works. Entrance is via a green electrical gate so contact with owners is necessary. The apartment was very well equipped and there was even a washing machine and powder. The apartment was comfortable and had a veranda upstairs and sitting area downstairs. We went in October and there were very few folk in other apartments- benefit it was quiet and we got the pool to ourselves. There is a quiet beach at the bottom of the road also. Nearest taverna is a 20 minute walk away and can be accessed via side roads and part of main road so care is required, and a torch! If I was returning to this area I would be happy to stay here for a few days - good base prior to or following sailing trip!
  : The property is older and perhaps could benefit from upgrading but value for money we spent.

  : Even hose is not new, it is comfortable. The location is perfect for summer, about 1-2 minutes from the beach. The fireplace was very useful. TV is big enough :) Nearhood has a very big pool (like 20m - 25m in length) and it's very clean. The location was really quiet. It is not good for a party but we don't have it. The owners are very nice and helpful.
  : It was very cold weather and heating was not enough. Just keep in find. However, the fireplace allows us to keep the living room warm. Just remind, that wood in this region is wet, and firing it can be complicated. The fridge is very noisy. However, it is really good. small instruction about using an ice maker will be useful. Adjusting the position of it will be enough to reduce noise.

  : very nice pool and beach, good location for families if you rent a car, then it is only 8 min drive to Lavrio with restaurants, supermarkets and a nice Marina. 55 min to Athens city center by car - 30 min to the airport - we had a great week
