  : It was spacious
  : No transfer from port to property allegedly no taxi etc due to "Presidents visit", which did not happen until after we left, As only staying one night encouraged to leave luggage at port and take what we needed for the night. Apartment needs a lot of TLC / or the owner to stay there for a few nights to see what does not work ... shower, fridge shelving, not enough cutlery etc for the 5 it is supposed to sleep. 5 beds? debatable!

  : Met at the port and shown to room, helped with suitcases. Property was fairly small but clean and very welcoming, very close to all of Halki's amenities.
  : If you're tall (ie: over 5' 7") then the ceiling in the bedrooms is very low.

  : Location was good with a great view of the port and town. I also enjoyed finding different routes to the place through the many alleys and walkways of Halki. Bed was very comfy and the air con quiet and efficient.
  : The stairs between the levels are simply dangerous. If no one has yet fallen down them they will soon! If you were walk in a straight line from the bathroom to the bed you would fall down the concrete steps, all painted white to match the rest of the room. See photo. As a booking agent you need to be aware of this serious issue. I have been to Greece many times and enjoy the quirky nature of some properties, but this is beyond quirky. The property also needs a bit of fresh paint. Maybe due to visiting near the end of the season. Also as I had to rearrange the ferry due to the weather, I contacted the agent and they confirmed the changes, but I still had to phone when I arrived as no one was there to meet us off the ferry.
