  : Very cozy and calm place, close to the sea, rooms are simple, but charming and stylish in their own way. Beautiful view, many good restaurants around, nice pool. Exceptionally good wifi! The hotel has everything you need, and the main thing that's the owner is really helpful, supportive and ready to fix every problem. Excellent value for money.
  : There was some problems with the hot water, but like I said before, the owner helped us to fix it.

  : The location, very peaceful. The pool, private. Rural location.There are no pool rules, water very deep.One good think was the amount of electric sockets, excellent.
  : The facilities were not as advertised on your accommodation description. One reason we chose this was because it had a pool side bar, not been open since pandemic.There was no kettle or toaster, the shower head broke and we replaced. We are used to basic Greek accommodation but this was exceptionally basic. We eat out whilst on holiday, but think to cook a meal would have been very difficult given the lack of utensils. A lot of the sun loungers around the pool were broken. They need to replace them with new ones. The small section of the pool was also rather dirty.There was no sink plugs either in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. I did report it, but ended up buying some. No tea towels or washing up equipment provided so had to buy.The furniture on the balcony was the plastic type, they were quite old and brittle, infact one broke whilst my husband was sat on it, luckily he did not hurt himself.On arrival there was no one around. There was a telephone number in the window which I called, I left a message and eventually they phoned back, he spoke barely and English and my Greek is not perfect. It was not the welcome we are used to receiving in Crete.

  : The building is very close to the beach where there are a few restaurants/ tavernas. The apartment has a view of the swimming pool and the garden with many plants and trees. It has a big bedroom with a good-sized balcony. The living area has a kitchen corner and a sleeping bank. It's been a long time since I found a descaled kettle. Bravo. The bathroom has a shower. The water pressure is perfect. The Wi-Fi is excellent. There is airco. The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not see the owner, which is a pity.
