  : The location was great, also cleanliness of rooms. Bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
  : Staff was acting rather unprofessionally, failed initially to offer transport from the port to the hotel reception and asked us to walk there ourselves under the sun carrying our luggage. Fortunately, we had arranged to rent a local car (they were also rather difficult to reach). After at least 1 1/2 hour waiting and complaining, they arrived and transferred two of us along to the hotel, the remaining two by the tiny car rented. On arrival, we were told that no wifi would be available because of the wind, they were trying to fix it (we left and nothing was fixed). Breakfast was below expectations, terrible bread and bakeries, coffee however, and freshly squeezed orange juice were great, so were fresh pieces of fruit. We were also asked if we desired daily cleaning room service, as they were trying to avoid this because of the nCoV pandemic. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time, the rooms' location is great, so is the island, the food and the local people. Following our return to Athens, reception realised and informed us that we had not paid the full amount for our stay!

  : Loved the location. Right on the beach with umbrella and lounge facilities included. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Valentina made us a beautiful breakfast every morning!

  : It is a very small establishment with beach with shade and sunbeds and breakfast bar. You do net get lost and not much people around. For dinner there is nice taverna nearby. Room is modern and very bright.
  : Everything was fine. Just you need to know ths is remote place. The property does not provide transport from reception (in port) to the property. But they are happy to call you taxi (the only one on the island) which costs 8 Euro. Or you need to have rented car which goes form 35 -45 Euro per 24 hrs.

  : The location is great. Just a few meters from a very nice sandy beach. The view from the shared balcony is unobstructed.The politeness and assistance from the staff, Leonidas and Valentina.
  : The major disadvantage of Bonatsa is that all their 3 rooms share one common balcony with a view to the sea. The entrance to all rooms was from this shared balcony. The result was no privacy at all if we wanted to enjoy the view either from inside the room or from the balcony. Whenever other guests went in and out of their rooms they had to pass in front of our door. If we wanted privacy we had to keep the door & window shut with no view to the sea.The cleaning team is not very time flexible. If you need the room when they arrive to clean the 3 rooms of the facility and you don't free it up in their time window for this job, the cleaning will be skipped. Overall the cleaning & making up of the room could improve.Twice during our 5 night stay upon our return to the room around 20.00pm there was no hot water.As a welcome when we checked-in there was a soda beverage in our room. Unfortunately only one to share with my wife. Considering the premium price of Bonatsa, one for each guest would be much more appreciated.Our conclusion for Bonatsa is that there is a misalignment between the value the customer gets for the price they pay (Eur 260/night), primarily due to the fact that guests have to sacrifice privacy to enjoy a view to the sea.
