: Alexandra is really wonderful and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy -- every day the rooms smelled great. The location is good due to the proximity of many shops.
: Unfortunately, Keri is located next to a lake/swamp and therefore there are lots of mosquitoes in the area. Thankfully, Alexandra and the team did their best to keep the mosquitoes out of the apartment.

: The location was good. Shops and places to eat were within walking distance (we recommend 'Street Food Zakynthos'!) We used a quad bike to get around and visit other beaches because Keri Lake was not so appealing due to the smell of petrol. We had a lot of mosquitoes in the room due to being close to the lake and we were provided with mosquito repellant. Alexandra was very open and friendly. We had a blocked drain and she fixed that very quickly. The balconies are very close together so there is a very lively feel to the place. The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless when we came back.
: The shower takes some getting used to as the water can quickly start overflowing HOWEVER there is an extra drain where it should go and IF it does not, there may be a blockage with the drain (like in our case). In this case, contact Alexandra asap and she will help!
