  : Great location, clean and tidy room, kind and helpful staff. We hed everything we needed. We are happy to come back.

  : Accommodation is one of the few near the beach in Afitos. That was important to us because the entire Afitos is elevated with extremely stressful narrow and steep streets. The terrace and the room were spacious, and the sea was crystal clear. The breakfast was good.
  : The bathroom is too small, made from a storage room or some other small space. There is always a lot of water on the floor, with no possibility to clean it up. The internet is the worst, if that's important to someone, it's almost non-existent in the room. It wasn't exactly perfectly clean; after all, it's an old building. There is no kitchen or kitchen utensils. It's mentioned in the description, but we haven't come across such accommodation in Greece before, unless it's a hotel, so we didn't pay attention to it. Driving to the town in the evening is very stressful since cars are parked where they shouldn't be, and the streets are too narrow for passing.

  : The view from the room is absolutely stunning, from the bed you see the beach and sea.
  : Moldy walls and shower curtain, dirty floor, the bathroom is not the one in the photo, is a much smaller and uglier one. The door to the terrace was not closing properly. All these for a high amount of money

  : Good location near the beach.
  : The water pressure is very low and in the highest rooms there is no water for certain hours of the day. This is very uncomfortable because you cant take a shower when you come from the beach and you have to wait until almost 22.00 p.m.

  : Nice sea view, spacious room
  : Small bathroom w/o shower curtain, toiletries were a joke and were not refilled for our second day. Cleaning was clearly superficial, dirty windows, something spilled on the floor etc. The large window panes have gaps between them or under them so we have had mosquitoes and other insects fly in. I was half worried that the rats we saw outside would be able to come in. The wifi is bad and mobile signal was also bad. The room gets extremely hot during the morning while under direct sunlight even with AC. Some elements of the room and all of the exterior are old and run down and need urgent renovation. Breakfast was very poor. The room was very expensive for what it has to offer, we expected a lot better.

  : Everything was perfect. Only water pressure was problem, as staff explained, same problem is in whole village, so property in a whole, is nearly excellent.

  : Great location. It has everything that is needed for a vacation stay. Very comfortable bed, great balcony with sea view. Owner extremely nice and responsive. New sheets and towels every day.
  : The house is a bit old and need some renovation. Small bathroom with bad ventilation. Breakfast is very basic, but managable for week stay.
