: The view from the hotel in general has a stunning overlook of the shore, rooms with a great view, full equipment in the kitchen including an electric stove top, toaster, toilet paper and soap in the toilet, the cleaning lady was there everyday, hot water in every part of the day, wonderfull staff! Bonus part it has a nice patio and a large parking. Every part od kassandra halkidiki was close if you are with a car.
: The road that leads to the local beach.. It was uphills and downhills all the way, also the road that leads to the city center was not the best if you go by walking.Wifi was only available at the balcony.

: + Location: Close to the beach, on a big hill. Is at periphery of Afytos and close to Kallithea. + Seaview + Big room with 2 balconies (in my case) + Big double mattress. Big plus! + Kitchen included + Friendly host + Check-in at any hour (big plus) + Parking
: - Nobody cleaned our room in a 10days stay. - No towels and bed sheets replacements if you don't specifically request it. On the booking page says that it will be replaced at every 3 days. This has never happened. - You also have to throw away the bin trash yourself - No toiletries provided. - No mosquito net at bathroom window (on our room, some of them have it). We had a lot of mosquitos because of this. - Poor wi-fi. Very slow speed and if more people are connecting to the network, the internet will fall until someone will reboot the router i guess. - Parking was bad organized (you have to avoid a lot of concrete in order to park your car). 2 cars were crashed in 3 days. One was ours :( - No cctv, you can't really identify who crashed your car.

: The hotel is on the coast and has a nice view from the balconies and a large maintained yard / garden. Plenty of parking space. You can stay with a pet.
: 1. The business model is a price and a building as a hotel but conditions as for a hostel/camping. You have to ask for sheets and towels and change them yourself. You also throw away and clean the bin yourself. 2. In the bathroom the drain has a problem and returns water even when you turn on the water to brush your teeth. When bathing there is a flood and you have to soak up the water with a mop, a broom and a bucket left outside. We have never come across such a thing before! 3. The hosts had guests all the time and sat and made noise under the balcony with the view, which is why we actually rented the room. There was no silence, it felt like there was a restaurant or Cafe downstairs. 4. In addition to the other noise, on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. there was construction work on the neighboring building in the yard. The hosts did not warn us nor even apologized! 5. Instead of bedside tables there are chipboard shelves, the room has only beds and a wardrobe. 6. There is no cupboard in the bathroom, only a manually fitted glass shelf. The toiletries included only one liquid soap already used. 7. In general, the furniture is old and adapted and in the photos in Booking it looks much better than in reality. 8. The fridge was old and the shelves were falling, the stove was broken and had to be replaced. 9. The balconies are next to each other, have no barrier and no privacy. 10. The hotel is outside the town and you can walk there for 10-15 minutes, which is nice at the beginning. On the way back is an uphill, which is not ok for everyone and after 2-3 days it becomes annoying.
