  : the open fire place is extremely beautiful and atmospheric, but the smell of the smoke filled the premises. they need to service the chimney

  : Photographs of bathroom were completely different from what I have booked, never renovated probably from 1966 that the family hotel started operating. No shower curtain making it extremely difficult to shower. Room was extremely hot without having the ability to change the temperature only option was to have the window open only to realize that across the hotel is a nightclub playing Greek music until 5 in the morning. When I mentioned it to the owner he apologized mentioning that they have complained about the room temperature before (obviously he did not fix it before) we were staying in. He assured me that it will be fixed. Unfortunately for me and my family the nightmare was repeated. Breakfast was very poor and bland.

  : Breakfast was really tasty, warm, they kept bringing fresh bread and refilling whatever was empty. The view was breath-taking, you could see the mountains and the room was so cosy. Excellent service.

  : During our stay, there was also a big group from Cephalonia that created lots of fuss and noise.

  : I paid on the day I arrived, but upon checking out, they claimed the room had not been paid for. Despite initially being unsatisfied with my mobile phone card receipt, I eventually obtained my invoice. However, the guy at the desk was kind and helpful.
