: The staff were exceptional - super attentive and friendly. Definitely a unique stay and one that I would recommend to anyone needing some self care. The suite was modern, beautiful and clean.
: I think for the price of the room, they could've provided more bathroom amenities. Also, there is a slight design flaw with the suite - there is a large rough boulder (for aesthetics) located close to the door leading to your private jacuzzi. But the location of the rock means that if you're not careful, you can easily scrape your ankles as you walk by. Also, it's not apparent from photos that there's a sidewalk right in front of the jacuzzi so it can get awkward when people walk by and stare at you. There are curtains for privacy but then it blocks your view of the sunset/ ocean.

: The view from the room and the hotel was absolutely amazing. We really loved the fact that it was situated in the more quiet area of Santorini since re rented a car. The staff was extremely friendly and it was lovely to get to know them. We loved our room so much that we always drove back in the afternoon and enjoyed the hotel and the pool for 1 or 2 hours before heading out to sightseeing. Breakfast selection was good and the breakfast view was amazing!
: Since we travelled in the super peak season, the price was inevitably high.

: We were welcomed by Tasso who was always very friendly and accomodating! The hotel was an amazing experience and was one we will certainly never forget.
: We stayed here for 4 nights and found the waiters on breakfast extremely unhelpful. Most requests were denied and often got the food orders wrong. The finer details you would expect with the price we had paid also lacked! Some maintenance in the room, the jacuzzi was cold and we had arranged a spa package which gave us use of the indoor pool but that was also cold so did not go in.

: The indoor jacuzzi and the caldera view was good.
: 1) Lack of good vegetarian food options at the only restaurant in the hotel. The chef refused to even make us the vegetarian options that was in the lunch menu for dinner. This was inspite of having no one else at the restaurant for dinner.2) We had to leave early and requested for breakfast to go. They couldnt even provide us a croissant and the sandwiches they gave didnt have any sauce.3) The front desk people and chef need to be better trained at providing high class service for the price they charge.4) Overall due to terrible restaurant, this hotel isnt recommended if you are vegetarian.
