  : Resort was well located and staff were amazing
  : We booked last week of the season - payed full price and when we arrived found out most of the facilities, pool bars and restaurants were closed already, (leaving just one place) and the ocean front room we booked was closed too and we were moved to a upgrade which was 500m away from the beach and behind the loud aqua park.

  : - Very comfy matress and good shower - Great sports/fitness facilities - Buffet food was okay - A la carte restaurant was good - Staff were friendly - Drinks at the indoor bar were well made
  : Honest review! - ONLY come here if you have young kids (under 10) - Having stayed at the adults only Stella Island before, I knew it wouldn't be as good but there is a MONUMENTAL difference in the experience - Wanted to come here as it is a cheaper option and we were a big family group but it wasn't good at all :( - It is shocking that this hotel is rated as a 5*. They clearly can't be bothered to maintain it as it is a kids hotel which I understand but they need to review the rating. This hotel is a 3* at best. - Hotel is tired and could do with a refurb but I highly doubt this will happen because of the children vastly outnumbering adults during school holiday time. - Personally if a hotel is not better than my house, what is the point? - People rating this highly must be used to Butlins or Centre Parks - that is what I would compare it to... - Spa pool and jacuzzi are freezing - Entertainment is rubbish - Food is repetitive and either very underseasoned or very overseasoned - best thing is the pizza and chips and that says a lot as you can't go wrong with pizza and chips - Limited food options in general - Ice cream is like the fake tasting cheap ice cream you get from the supermarket - Check in and check out process is slow and inefficient - Transport/transfer is expensive, we used local services - Nothing to do in the vicinity of the resort which is a shame because it's boring if you're not a kid - Cocktails were awful and watery, other than the inside bar - Water park food was horrible, slushy was basically sugar with food colouring, no flavour - Room door had a hole in it and the card reader was falling off - Ants in room - I will be paying the extra and sticking with luxury hotels in future

  : The overall facilities are very nice, the Waterpark is exceptional.The location is good, not far from the airport, and close to other attractions suitable for kids.
  : We are a family with 3 young kids.Regarding the room,First, I strongly recommend not staying in the 900+ numbered rooms. They are poorly located between the parking lot and the water park. Noisy and far from most of the facilities (with small kids it was a bit more challenging).The room itself is nice but the sofa bed which was supposed to accommodate a child was really uncomfortable, and we ended up slipping on it in turns. Also, pay attention there is no bath in this rooms.We communicated all those issues to the hotel representatives during our vacation but didn't receive any practical solutions.The food on the main restaurant is OK but not a lot of selection. You can eat at the other restaurants only if your stay is over 5 nights.In the kids club, for most of the day, parents can not accompany their kids, only option is for the kids to stay alone. For my small kids who do not speak either English or Greek, that couldn't work, so we never had the opportunity to enjoy the place.
