  : We were given a room with two mattresses as one bed. They kept sliding apart while sleeping. Not comfortable.

  : Location was perfect. The luggageboy was very friendly and incredibly hard working. Balcony with view on the garden (poolside) was very nice.
  : One woman (22) and a man (23) who decided to extend their vacation in Heraklion by booking the hotel last minute for 3 nights/4 days with 10% discount:First of all, the hotel requires a dress code for dinner according to the -hotel rules- you receive while checking in. This was NOT the case at all: 90% of the guests wear swimshorts/adiletten/shorts to dinner. Unfortunately, the hotel staff seemed not to care about the - long pants and closed shoes- requirements.When you pay for all-inclusive you expect quality food and drinks. BUT If you are a vegetarian be aware your main buffet option at this hotel will be basic, greek salads and potatoes/cheese. Do not go there if you are vegan. Sad that there are very little options.Besides, a non- all inclusive guest pays 7 euros for a cocktail. We were surprised by this price, since the cocktails are made with 95% alcohol and a little -chemical like- juice, making it impossible to enjoy the drink. We were lucky it was free for us, since I would not want to have wasted money on these disgusting cocktails.One of the bars (romantic bar) was on the side of the pool, where "relaxing" is out of the question. We were surprised by the average guest of the hotel: antisocial. Playing loud music out of the speakers they brought themselves (imagine hearing multiple songs through eachother) and screaming, made us walk-off to the seaside to get some relaxation. Again, hotel staff seemed not to care about this behaviour from their guests. The hotel rules claim to take towels from sunbeds when unattended for too long. Hotel staff did not seem to care, guests claim sunbeds for days while laying their towels on there, making it impossible to get a sunbed at the pool.We experienced trouble with our room door. It just did not lock everytime we left the room. On our first day we went to tell the hotel staff. Again, they did not seem to care. At the end of our staying we still had a broken door.

  : we struggled to get our rooms cleaned for the whole stay, apparently we were told down to lack of staff other guests were saying same, dont think you should have to ask for toilet roll and towels after a couple of days, on the occasion they did clean the rooms they only made the bed very badly and ignored the bathroom which I needed things. my mum was in the adjoining room again when hers was cleaned there was no consistency she got towels I didnt. I also feel a maid called Effie is slating the place we were on balcony and she was telling us how bad the service is here not what you want to here when your trying to relax. They said lack of staff there were 2 of them consistently hiding up side of our room smoking doing as little work as they could.Our room was around the pool the evening entertainment is a joke the noise is the same in room as at the bar it dont finish to 11.15 this wreaked my holiday as I dont stay up late and had to wait for it to finish it was basically a nightclub in your room and the bloke on quiz nights really does like the sound of his own voice, far to loud felt sorry for a few apartments up they had a baby and a 2 year old.Im disabled and brought my own scooter even though I got through it the stoney floor is very bumpy, not set up for disabled using crutches from room to restaurant some steps lacked handrails also the floor outside the restaurant is a worry when wet as very slippery, we spoke to a lady who fell and hit her head after dinner as so slippery.
