  : The room was large with a large bed! The host was friendly and helpful.
  : The wifi did not work well in the room, but it was good in the outdoor areas. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the center and even more from the beach. Also the check-out time is different than the one listed on Booking

  : Our host Demitri was so friendly and helpful. Our apartment was big and spacious for 4 of us staying. The accommodation is about a 15 minute walk from the main strip in hersonissos with all the bars and restaurants. Great location and loved our stay here. we would definitely recommend this place for friends or family.

  : We liked the terrace in the big apartment. The lady who prepared the breakfasts was really kind. We were guided on how to find a parking spots, The linens and towels were clean.
  : Let's talk about facilities that were missing: - one roll of toilet paper - shower with cold water - no hairdryer - minimal kitchenware, not enough to prepare anything, maybe to boil the water for the shower - soundproofing - not at all, it should say signalproofing - wifi - no wifi there, really weak mobile signal in the apartment But in addition, we had: - private swimming pool in the toilet - broken promises - cryotherapy under the shower - sauna in one of the rooms The existing reviews are either fakes, or were written by drunk people. It was our 2nd time in Hersonissos, and we've stayed in 3 different places in Crete this trip. This was the worst one, non-comparable to others. In other places, we were treated with respect and hospitality, but here we felt like the place was dedicated to drunk groups that are here to waste themselves on the weekend. It wasn't us, we expected more. I understand, that the owner may think that it's not worth to improve the place and invest in it, because Hersonissos is a night-life place and some groups may destroy it, but somehow it works in other places. For me, it's mostly laziness, and this place needs more heart. No customers in the pub, apartments going down the tubes. If it stays like this, then the Booking score is inadequate and it should be lowered, or even removed from the site. I'm using Booking a lot, this is my worst review and I'm really sorry that I had to write it.

  : We have stayed here for two days on our trip throughout crete. First of all we had a lovely stay here. Upon arrival the owner Dimitris greeted us very nicely. Upon entering we discovered a missing air-condition remote, Dimitris handled this right away ( picture provided :) ). The room is small but cozy and was cleaned very nicely. Chersonissos is close by (like 20 minute walk) which is just enough time to take the edge of a big night partying and going to sleep. The pool was nice and clean also really refreshing in the morning :). We also had a really nice breakfast booked, where Dimitris told us all about the island and how we could best prepare for our day walking on the mountain. (Ps. The village has some great diner places).
  : The bed could be softer, but was fine :D

  : Well kept poolside/outdoor area, there was a variety of choice for a continental breakfast. It was located in a very peaceful area, staff very friendly and helpful. Family friendly and great value for money would recommend! Definitely will be back.

  : Nice location in the heart of the ancient village of Piskopiano. Lovely roof terraces sea and mountain view. Nice staff, Dimitri welcoming and giving advices. Nice pool. Parking nearby. Breakfast is included.
  : Ground level rooms are a bit dark and smell wet. Three beds ones have only one double and one single and you can't split them in three beds as they are made of concrete. Bathroom might be refreshed. The breakfast might be better quality , local and fresh . But globally all ok we really enjoyed.

  : - Check in without personnel- Location. Lots of restaurants, super markets, etc- Pool- Terrace- White room and building - Friendly personnel- Price/quality
  : BE CAREFUL! READ REVIEWS ON GOOLE! THEY CAN CANCEL RESERVATION FEW DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING! WITHOUT MONEY REFUND!!! THERE ARE A LOT OF CASES!!!But happily it was not our case. Here are disadvantages:- You have to go always up when return back from the sea;- Good beaches are far, ~40 min on foot, f.e. Sarantari, nearest beaches are so-so- Cleaning 1 time in 2 weeks and for your requestand it was only taking out the rubbish, no clean towels, no clean bed linen, no clean floor. Almost unsanitary conditions. No tools for self-cleaning - Breakfast of instant juice and a bunch of flour- No wifi in the hotel, only on the 1st floor- There is always no one on the reception, it is always closed - Very strong audibility, neighbors woke up at 6 am every day..
