  : Superb view of the bay and amazing sunsets. Lovely pool area. Incredibly welcoming hosts who found solutions quickly for any problems. Comfortable beds. Breakfast included poolside. Large enough for three teenagers, mum and dad to have their own space. Yannis and his lovely cats!
  : A few little niggles: The jet shower didnt work nor the sauna which wasnt a problem for us, as there were other standard showers, but I felt that they shouldnt be listed as part of the facilities on offer if they are out of order. Due to Covid-19 regulations the included breakfast was a tray served poolside and consisted of a selection of prepacked breads, cereal, cookies, cake, cheese etc which was a solution for the unusual climate this year - plenty of it but became a little monotonous after a few days. Breakfast tick options sheet would have ensured more of a variety mid-week or a reduction in price to reflect that the amazing cooked breakfast described in previous reviews was unable to be offered during our familys stay this summer. Aware of the busy main road below, some noise especially at night, but this was compensated by the stunning view.

  : This holiday was amazing from start to finish. Konstantinos, Yiannis & Team were amazing & could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. In these uncertain times we really werent sure what to expect. But they honestly went above & beyond anything we were expecting. The breakfasts were amazing (those homemade pancakes were to die for!!)!We simply had an amazing time! The villa was big, bright & clean... just like the pictures. So far, we have never been back to the same hotel or villa before; but before we left we had already decided that we would definitely return (hopefully to the same villa)! We just couldnt get enough of the beautiful view! Konstantinos, we really appreciate everything you & your team did for us & are truly grateful. Thank you.

  : The location is absolutely superb. The villas are perched on a mountain overlooking the sea and offer amazing views all around, especially at sunset. The outdoor spaces - terraces, swimming pool and gardens - are very well designed and maintained, ideal for spending time with family or friends. We generally enjoyed great hospitality there (starting with welcome fruit and drinks and ending with a parting gift), but the highlight definitely was feasting every morning on delicious breakfasts freshly made by Yiannis from local ingredients.
  : On the downside, the bathroom facilities could use some improvement. The toilet flush system was quite frustrating and only one of the four bathrooms could be used for showering properly as it had a glass-door cabin, while the others didn't even have a curtain (and everything around would get wet of course).

  : great house with the best view and everything a heart can wish for
  : The house is right next to the northern highway (going from heraklion to chania) and the trafic never stops..... the constant noise from the road ruined the experience that was supposed to be tranquil. The host is great though! and the service top class!

  : The hosts are very friendly, breakfast very good and abundant (see photo). The views from the courtyard and from the upper bedroom are amazing. The pool is being cleaned every day. A very comfortable place, equipped with everything needed, including washing machine and dishwasher. The welcoming fruits and wine was a great touch. Wifi is strong and covers the whole house and courtyard.
  : Only one bedroom has the view presented in the photos, the other one is at a low level, with a narrow view of the lawn in front of the house. Flushing the toilet is a bit difficult as you have to keep the button pressed for a long time. The property could be better signaled from the street (if you come during the night, it's very hard to find the gate, even if you know where it should be).
